(b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consistingof a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.
