| 1 | Digital Mapping of the location and area of Land by conducting total station survey with reference to GPS (providing longitude and latitude) at some specific location on different areas and giving demarcation of roads, paths, lanes, parks, parking area pockets, blacks. locations as per the site requirement and/or as desired by the Engineer-in-charge. Layout plan including providing levels with reference to permanent bench marks i/c cutting of grass, bushes etc. and cleaning areas etc. wherever required for total station instruments & GPS instruments as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, along with supplying of all relevant information, data i.e. 5 hard copy of prints of desired scale and calculation sheet of area surveyed and soft copy in pen drive or CD"s as per the requirement of survey manual and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Following points/features should be incorporated in drawings 1. Trees with girth & species. 2. Kerb lines. 3. Toe walls 4. Drain and inspection chambers. 5. Zebra crossings and median cuts. 6. Lamp poles / Signage poles. 7. Typical sections at different locations to show the location and height of the Storm Water Drain on both sides of the Road ROW, SW Drain location and width needs to show accurately in both plans and sections as part of the TSS. 8. Location of any other structure of significance. |
