All the i) other materials required for the successful completion and satisfactory performance of the system should be in the supplier’s scope only 1 set a Level probes for ESP hopper 4 Nos 250 / 300 NB Manual KGV 2 Nos 250 / 300 NB Expansion bellow 2 Nos Macawber model 120/12/8 variflo (50 TPH) conveying vessel or its b equivalent with instrument panel and instruments 250 NB Conveying pipeline MS ERW Class C Heavy guage with necessary c fittings and flanges 250 NB Long Radius 90o DRC hard lined bends (R=8D) in MS with d necessary fittings and flanges 2 sets 100 mtrs 6 Nos 250 NB DV type Diverter valve with instrument panel 2 Sets e 10 m3 Air receiver tank for conveying air 1 No f 50 Liter Air receiver tank for Instrument air 1 No Cabling and Cable trays 1 Set g Compressed Air piping from air receiver to system 1 Set h Civil works required for the system 1 Set i Supports where ever required for system and piping 1 set j ii) Erection, Testing & Commissioning of the additional Dry Fly ash Handling system with the existing conveying lines is to prove the 1 set conveyance of 50 TPH from A11 and C11 hoppers
