In addition rear covered verandah of 18.0m x 1.8m with cantilever rafter of web 250avg100x4mm thick and flanges of 100x6 mm thick will be provided.Adjacent backside verandah of 6m x 1.8m will covered by 50 mm thick PUFwall panels with proper structural supports like vertical posts and runners to strengthen the covered verandah to make a store room of 6.0m x 1.8m.
