The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made one irrespective of duration of scaffolding (To be used for maintenance work judicially , necessary)
28Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).
29Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
30Refixing old glass panes with putty and nails .
31Repair of broken Projection /R.C.C. Column by dismantling damaged portion, repair by cement plaster 1:4 (1Cement:4 Coarse Sand) in one or more layer in the interval time all complete as per direction of E-I-C.(Item included labour, material etc, ,scaffolding if required will be paid in separate item).
32Taking out the large peepal tree at roof and walls including root which was embedded in roof at all heights by demolishing the roof tiles or brick wall if required including disposal the tree material and malba out of municipal limit including repair of roof with cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.(The item included all labour,T&P,material in above operation
