27	Providing and fixing single scaffolding system on the exterior side up to 7 story height made with 40 to 50 mm dia bamboo, 1.5m C/C horizontal and virtical bamboo joining with rashi with bamboo challies for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a servisiable condition for the required duration as approved and removining it there after, The scaffolding system shall be shifted with bracing runners connection with building etc. for inspection of work at required location with essencial safety feature for workmen etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge . The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made one irrespective of duration of scaffolding (To be used for maintenance work judicially , necessary)
28	Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).
29	Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
30	Refixing old glass panes with putty and nails .
31	Repair of broken Projection /R.C.C. Column by dismantling damaged portion, repair by cement plaster 1:4 (1Cement:4 Coarse Sand) in one or more layer in the interval time all complete as per direction of E-I-C.(Item included labour, material etc, ,scaffolding if required will be paid in separate item).
32	Taking out the large peepal tree at roof and walls including root which was embedded in roof at all heights by demolishing the roof tiles or brick wall if required including disposal the tree material and malba out of municipal limit including repair of roof with cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.(The item included all labour,T&P,material in above operation
