    3Cost of civil and electrical works (including construction of weighbridge foundation, weighbridge cabin, approach road, ramp).
    4Installation, commissioning and stamping charges of weighbridge complete in all respects.
    5Any other cost not envisaged above but required for completion of turnkey job.
