14	Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of factory fabricated powder coated,outdoor type feeder pillar booard of size 600X600X450 mm, outer shell made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 40X40X6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front operated double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door lockable/openable with arrangement of pad locking on door 01 No of pad lock of three keys shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50 Hz tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coated painting after 7-tank pre-treatment control & power wiring with suitable size of copper conductor along with suitable gasket to make it dust/vernin proof and general construction confirming to IS 61439/2011 Part 1 and part-2 type test certificate with not less than IP-65 and breaking capacity 65 KA comprising of the following: (a) Aliminium Busbar of capacity 200 Amp with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and suitable hole for out going connection - Set of four (b) Incoming MCCB 100 Amp TPN, 25 KA - 01 Nos (c) Outgoing MCCB 40 Amp TPN, 16 KA - 01 Nos (d) Outgoing MCCB 40 Amp DP 16 KA - 02 Nos (e) Misc items like screws, cable, tie, copper cable cable 1.5/2.5 Sqmm, cable lugs, sleeves, gland etc complete all as specified and directed.
15	Material and labour for brick masonry valve pit nominal size 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (Internal size) with one brick thick wall using sub class "B" brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20 cm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 platform with 15 cm off set on all sides including 50mm thick coping in PCC(1:2:4) type B1 at top of brickwall and plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15 mm thick in cement mortarf 1:4 with 2mm thick openable mild steel sheet cover in two parts welded around to 40x40x5mm angle frame including suitable size holdfasts, hinges etc and locking arrangement and lifting handle with all steel/iron surfaces painted with two coats approved clour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The valve pit shall be constructed as per HQ CE CHZ drawing No. TD-1258. The said drawing may be referred from GE office during working hours.
