| 1 | 1.The Quoted Rates shall ensure compliance of Minimum Wages including all statutory compliances of PF, ESI and GST, failing which the quote of bidder shall be considered unresponsive. 2. The bidder cannot quote for an amount below/ at par than the amount reserved for Minimum Wages including PF, ESI and GST. The bids shall be considered unresponsive in that particular case and EMD shall be forfeited. 3. The above amount for supply of manpower, item no. 02, has been worked out on the basis of minimum wages notified vides Order No. File No.1/501/2023-LS-II-dated 03.04.2023, applicable from 01.04.2023 issued by GOI, Ministry of Labour & Employment, office of CLC, New Delhi plus PF contribution @13% including EDLI & admin charges on maximum wage ceiling limit of Rs.15000/PM and ESI@3.25%. 4.Quoted amount shall be restricted to two places after decimal and in case of any ambiguity; the amount quoted in Words shall prevail over the amount quoted in Figures. |
