(c) After repairing of compressor - collection of compressor, transport to original installed on site. (d) Fixing of compressor on base, fixing of suction valve, discharge valve, NRV, liquid line injection valve, vapor injection valve oil & refrigerant piping connection installation & testing complete all as specified and as directed. (e) Pressure testing, leakage testing in all system and rectification of leakage, if any. (f) Dismantling and removing of chiller, both side end, and MS pipe line and again taking the leak test of the chillers tubes after fixing the cork and repairing of leak tube through dead plug. (g) Taking the hydraulic test of the chiller and taking the leak test after replacing Copper tube all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Cleaning / flushing the chillers shell with CTC chemical, cleaning/flushing the condenser shell with CTC chemical, flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line, oil separator tank, NRV by using nitrogen and CTC chemical. (j) Vaccumising / dehydration of the system upto 10 days with cold trap/ice/salt complete. |
