( Plus Minus 2 Mm Tolerance ) Paper To Be Used - 100 Gsm, Azurlaid Paper Conforming To Is Specifications 1848 / 91 With Amendments No. 1 & 3 Or Latest Confirming To Is 1848 / 2007 For Text Pages And All The Binding Materials I. E. Straw Board 8-D, Grade A Conforming To Is 2617 / 67 With Amendment, Binding Cloth Is Specification Number 10582 / 1983 And Paper Pink 70 Gsm As Per Is Specification No. 1848 / 2007 ( Type-B Or Latest For Top Cover Pasting. Printing- To Be Printed In Hindi And English Bilingual In Single Color On Both Sides. Binding: Quarter Bound With Sectional Sewing As Per Specimen. The Art Work For Printing And Sample Complete In All Respect Should Be Got Approved From Consignee Before Bulk Supply. Packing- 02 Bundles Of 10 Books Shall Be Packed In Suitable Size 5 Ply Corrugated Cartoon Box Conforming To Is 2771 [ Part-1 ] 1990 With Amendment No. 1 & 2 And Style 0620 Od Is 6481 / 1971. The Cartoon Box Then Be Closed With Khaki Adhesive Tape 50 Mm Wide [ Min ] And Finally Secured By Two Nos. Nylon Strapping Of Size 13 Mm Wide Each Side. The Edge Of Nylon Straps Should Be Clipped Overlapping Each Other By Minimum 25 Mm. Packing Slip In A-5 Size Must Be Pasted On Cartoon Box Indicating Po No. & Others Details In Bold Letters.
