Replacement of damaged structural portions of shell bunker. Details of work 1. Dismantling the existing damaged beams, channels, Chd. Plates, hand rail pipes. 2. Fabrication and erection of the beams, channels, chd plates and refitting of hand rails. 3. Dismantling the vertical supporting structural of the motor frame of: a). De-stoner cyclone fan. b). Fibre cyclone fan. c). Shell cyclone fan. 4. Fabrication and erection of the supports maintaining the exact level of the frame. 5. Dismantling the Stair case (3.2 Mtr.) from 2nd plat form to the top platform. 6. Dismantle the steps (Gratings). 7. Fabricate the 3.2 Mtr staircase with new ISMC 200x75 and dismantled steps. 8. Repair the starting portion of the staircase from 1st platform to 2nd Platform. 9. Toe guard fixing in various platforms in shell bunker area with Flat 75 x 6. Approximate Qty. of the structural 1. Fabrication and erection of Gratings with 32 x6 M.S Flat and 10MM Sq. Rod Details of work 1. Dismantle the damaged gratings from the working/walkway area of the Thermax Boiler house/ Trench area. 2. Fabricate the new gratings with M.S Flat (32 x 6 MM) and SQ. Rod (10MM) 3. Erect the gratings in position and do the necessary welding 4. Do painting (single coat primer and 2 coat paint) The total appxomate qty.to be 24 SQ. Meter. The rate shall be quoted per sq. Meter 3. Replacement of damaged purlins ISMC 150 in boiler house & replacement of damaged damper and duct portion (Size 400x400 SQ)- 2Nos in air line (F.D) in ground level. Total aprx. length-3.8Mtr Details of work. 1. Dismantle the damaged purlins approximate qty. ISMC 150 x 75-36 Mtr. After providing temporary supports to the cladding sheets. 2. Fabricate and erect new purlins 3. Do one coat primer and two coat paint 4. Fix the cladding sheets with clamps5. Dismantle the damaged dampers (2 Nos.) and duct portion in air line in Thermax Boiler 6. Fabricate and erect the parts 7. Do two coat primer. 4. Fabrication of Stair case and replacement of damaged chd. Plates from the working platform near Mud drum of Pressels boiler & Fabrication and erection of working platform at tail end of Nut Augur conveyor Details of work 1. Extent the working platform by 500mm (Existing platform size is 1.9 M x 1.7M) 2. Fabricate stair case from the lower platform to the mud drum door plat form (Height Difference 1.4Mtr and Horizontal distance 2 Mtr), using ISMC 150 x 75. 3. Fabricate stair case with channel & chd. Plate with angle support. 4. Do the erection 5. Fabricate and erect hand rails 6. Replace damaged chd. Plates from the existing platform with new plates 7. Provide toe guards and hand rails 8. Do the painting (One coat primer and 2 coat paint 9. Dismantle the existing monkey ladder (Nut Augur Conveyor area) 10. Fabricate and erect working platform EL+4750 11. Provide ladder (2Mtr long), can use the portion of dismantled ladder 12. Do one coat primer and two coat paint
