10Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in back filling of pressed steel chowkhats single or double rebated or for fixing hold fasts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard woodwith lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhatcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : -(i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item (painting) of BOQ.
12Supply and Fixing 35mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), using 2nd class hard wood (Bonsum/ Hollock) edges of frming plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section8, Clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Wire gauze/ glass to be measured and paid separately.
13Supply and Fixing 300mm long, aluminium anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type), and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Seal with nozzle with Sikadur 31 or equivalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle.Note :- Leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost including all requiredscaffolding/ ladders complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
