2	Preparaingold painted brick/stone/concrete/asbestos cement/plastered/un plastered surfaces of ceiling , including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, crack filling up to 3mm, and apply two coats of 1st Quality Oil bound distemper as directed by Engg.-In-Charge (Make & Colour as approved by Engg. In. Charge.)
3	Prepairing old surfaces of wall/AC sheet roof by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered or any painted surfaces and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces.
4	Preparation of old wood and wooden based surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and apply two coats of 1st Quality synthetic enamel paint and as directed by Engg.-In-Charge (Make & Colour as approved by Engg. In. Charge.)
5	Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and apply two coats of 1st Quality synthetic enamel paint as specifed in clause 17.8 in MES SSR Pt.-I 1991 and as directed by Engg.-In-Charge (Make & Colour as approved by Engg. In. Charge.)
6	Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and rendering 15mm thick cement plastering of 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.
