| 1 | Consultancy services for specialised central air conditioning plant of approx installed capacity of 13 TR (1 x 13 TR working + 01 x 13 TR standby) for maintaining 20 ±2 °C temp and 60 ± 5 % RH for the HTL - 9 AC plant at NAD karanja complete as per heat user data sheet. The following is the broad scope of work to be submittd in DPR format: (a) A detailed Heat load calculations for summer, monsoon and winter seasons alongwith the room wise cooling/heating load dehumidifying CFM requirement. (b) Submit details of equipment selection and their specifications along with design particulars for the selected equipment (i.e. chiller package, chilled water pumps,condeneer water pumps, cooling tower, Double skinned AHU, Heating strip, pan type humidifier, chilled water pipe line and condenser water pipe line including all valves) The selected equipments shall be energy efficient and based on the latesttechnology. (c) Duct design calculations and duct layout including supply air and return air grills, dampers and fire dampers. (d) Detail specification of duct insulations, pipe insulations, Acoustics insulations and Under deck insulations. (e) Detail specification of electric panel for main AC plant and AHU including incoming and outgoing cables. |
| 2 | (f) Consultant shall also submit the following:- (i) Detailed drawing showing A/C plant layout, duct layout, chilled water pipe and condenser water pipe layout, AHU and its connection layout and other relevent drawings. (ii) All the misc civil works pertaining to installation of equiptments inside the AC plant room, AHU room, cooling tower, makeup water tank shall be considered in BOQ alongwith details except plant room and AHU room. (iii) Submit BOQ (Bill of Quotation) and estmates including Rate analysis as per design in 3 sets of hard and one e-soft copy in CD. (iv) Vetting of Design, Drawing & BOQ from recognized any NIT/IIT/Government Engineering College. Note: 1. Consultant shall visit site/the building/AC plant room/AHU Room and consider all aspects during design and suggest if any minor modifications are required. |
