Following works is to be carried out for replacement of gasket of 40MVA T/F-I at 132KV S/S Malwan under ETD-Fatehpur.

Drain out of 40MVA T/F-I oil into empty oil drum or oil tank approx. 5000 ltr. for attending minor leakage of conservator.

Dismantling of 40MVA T/F-I accessories including bushing, conservator tank, buchholz relay oil pipe line to OLTC, Surge relay etc and any required work for satisfactorily dismantling.

Replacement of all gasket of conservator, oil indicator, pipe lines and bushing(HV and LV) of 40MVA T/F-I by providing and fixing of new gasket as per existing size made of rubberized cork sheet kotika/turboze/cork brand grade07.

Complete Erection of 40MVA T/F-I accessories including bushing, conservator tank, buchholz relay, oil pipe line to OLTC, Surge relay etc and any required work for satisfactorily completion of work.

Centrifuging of complete transformer oil of 40MVA T/F-I by connecting centrifuging pipe, circulating the transformer oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV Value periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer, with all associated work to complete the work satisfactorily.

Providing and fixing of marshaling box bidding byreplacing the damaged rubber bid for preventing the marshaling box from outer inhabitants and insects for creating short circuiting.
