12	Supply, installation and erection in vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410, SP-55 (11 meters long) with 300x300x6mm thick mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, MS plate 3mm thick finial taper plug bolt, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surfaces and making alternate black and white strips 30cm high with super enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5 mtrs height from ground level/ coping after erecting, complete all as specified and directed. 17	M&L for repairs/ replacement mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.
18	S&F in replacement lightning arrestor, gapless metal oxide type complete with all fittings, suitable for a system voltage of 11 KV and of class 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed.
19	S&F in replacement danger notice plate, made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT of size 25x20cm, complete all as specified and directed.
20	S&F expulsion type drop out fuse with all accessories and contact insulator etc., fixed on HT pole rating above 10 and upto 25 Amps, suitable for 11 KV 3 Pole with two Nos insulators per pole including dismantling old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.
21	S&F post type insulator with all accessories and contact insulators etc., fixed on HT pole channel with GOD or other rating above 10 and upto 25 Amps, suitable for 11 KV grade including taking down old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.
22	M&L for replacement stay assembly complete with 20mm dia stay rod with accessories shown in electric plate No. 01 including stay clamps, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Loop insulator, stay wire, excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.
23	Taking down and reinstall transformer step down 11 KVA 415 Volts complete, outdoor/ indoor type of capacity upto 300 KVA including transportation to the workshop and back to site, complete all as specified and directed.
24	M&L for strip opening of transformer and removing the top cover for inspection, draining the transformer oil and taking out the core along with HT/ LT coil (windings) assembling the core after replacement of HT/ LT coils heating varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connection up, filling in dehydrated new transformer oil and connection with existing electrical system HT/ LT and commissioning, complete on load of capacity not exceeding 160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.
25	All as per Srl item No. 24.00 here-in-above but on load of capacity above 160 KVA and upto 300 KVA.

28	Supply and filling transformer power oil of BDV not less than 45 KVA for topping up reduced level due to evaporation/ leakage/ loss due to dehydration in HT transformer, complete all specified and directed.
29	S&F in replacement HT bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal, suitable for transformer of capacity upto 160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.
30	S&F in replacement HT bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal, suitable for transformer of capacity exc 160 KVA but not exc 300 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.
31	S&F in replacement LT bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal, suitable for transformer of capacity upto 160 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.
32	S&F in replacement LT bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal, suitable for transformer of capacity exc 160 KVA but not exc 300 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.
33	S&F in replacement breather assembly cast iron body of standard size, filled with silica gel of transformer of capacity upto 300 KVA complete with nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.
34	M&L for replacement GI tubing light grade 80mm bore with all fittings, laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ alongwith pole with suitable MS clamps, complete for protection of electric cable, complete all as specified and directed.
35	M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron, protected by GI tube light grade 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 cover, reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia round bar handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust and salt and 20mm bore GI watering pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh including dismantling old UNSV earthing and removal thereof, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shalldeem to be included in quoted rates. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .
36	M&L for earthingcomplete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron, protected by GI tube light grade 40mm boreincluding provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 cover, reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia round bar handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust and salt and 20mm bore GI watering pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh including dismantling old UNSV earthing and removal thereof, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be include in quoted rates. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .
37	M&L in replacement for HT cable route indicator, made out of GI plate 3mm thick and 6 inches dia duly marked with working voltage and route indicator, fixed with angle iron of size 25x25x3mm thick, 50cm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, of size 20x20x20cm in ground, complete all as specified and directed.
38	S&F in replacement epoxy resin cast CT for HT metering side, dual core of ratio as per existing accuracy class 0.55, burden 15/5 A / 7.5 VA for 11 KV, complete all as specified and directed.
39	S&F in replacement epoxy resin cast PT for HT metering side, dual core of ratio as per existing accuracy class 0.55, ratio 11 KV / 110V, burden 50 VA for 11 KV, complete all as specified and directed.
40	S&F in replacement galvanised iron strip of size 32mm x 6mm, burried in ground upto 50cm depth or fixed to wall with insulators etc. for loop earthing including welding for joints, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this BOQ.
41	M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, removing dust and other deposited materials on HT tubular pole of 11 Mtr long by scraping and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint up to 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms, clamps etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Colour and pattern of the paint shall be decided by Engr-in-Charge.
42	Taking out from trenches or taking down from poles/ walls of HT UG cables of any size, PVC insulated sheathed with multistranded aluminium conductor armoured and relaying/ re-fixing in same location & position after fault rectification withtesting, complete all as specified and directed.
43	M&L for scraping old paint with sand paper and preparation of surfaces of transformer of any capacity, outdoor/ indoor type and applying two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint by spray machine complete and including making good condition of name plate and writting MES/SM number with the letters 100mm height with systhetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
44	Arrangement of standby transformer, copper winding upto 250 KVA during the breakdown / servicing of any existing transformer including transportation, machinery, installation and taking down existing transformer at any location as directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed.
45	Notes :- An amount of Rs. 62,625.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule "A" Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
