6	S&F 30mm thick plain framed panelled door shutters of 2nd class hard wood (Factory made) two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial plyor 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 Part-I, Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.
7	S&F 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain framed factory made glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ wire gauge etc (without sas bars)edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for secring glass,etc size of members of shuters as specified in SSR Part-I,Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) all as specified.
8	Solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M S square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing as per SSR Pt-II 2020, complete all as specified and directed.
9	Factory made wood grain printed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottomrails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & asgap insert for top rail & bottom rail;Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to befitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheetbeading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame atsite as per specification & drawing.
10	S & F 100 mm long butt hinges, medium wight cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and directed.
11	S & F Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue , anodised , with hard drawn steel spring , fixed in floor , over all length of cover plate 140 mm , complete all as specified and directed.
12	S & F 125 mm extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodisedand, complete all as specified and directed.
13	S & F 150 mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed,complete all as specified and directed.
14	S&F mild steel sliding door bolts 300mm long, plate type, stove enamelled black with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed, complete all as specified.
15	S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples including fixing with beads, nut bolts, welding, etc complete all as specified.
16	Dismantling of steel (Corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings, S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Sheet colour approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.
17	Dismantling of steel (plain) sheets in roof coverings, S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
18	Dismantling of steel (Corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings, S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 withL-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, complete all as specified.
19	Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortarincluding all quoins ,arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.
20	M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

22	M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

25	S&F 110mm bore, PVC rainwater (SWR) drainage pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints as fixed in repair to walls/floor complete all as specified and directed.
26	S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.
27	Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
28	M&L for mild steel rolled work as in roof trusses ( framed) , trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing( Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections ) including distance pieces, cleats etc, conforming to grade Fe 410-W, complete all as specified and directed.
29	Prepration of new or previously steel surfaces any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
30	Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint/camouflaged pattern, complete all as specified and directed.
31	Prepration of new wood or wooden based new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10 cm width or gridth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.
32	Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness. ( below or above ground level) all as specified.
33	M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and fiar without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
34	M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Sub base all as spd and directed.
35	M&L for 20 - 25 mm thick cement concrete chequred tiles 30cm x 30 cm, machine pressed,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.
36	M&L for Machine pressed precast concreteinterlocking pavor block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

39	Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 25mm thick (measures solid), 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm aggregate, including all moulding but excluding frame, fixed in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified.
40	S&F in repair stainless steel curtain rods 20 mm dia including brackets with cut hole suitable for 20 mm dia rod fixed with screws and gutties in wall, including end caps with wall ornament and fixed to curtain rod with screws of design/shapeall as directed and as approved by Engr in Charge.
41	Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically providedfor complete all as specified.
42	Mild Steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, completeall as specified and directed.
43	TMTsteel bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups , spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) all as specified and directed.
44	Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, contilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc.also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough furnished surface of concrete complete flat, all as specified.

48	Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
49	Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards of any thickness incl cover fillets etc and S&FPVC Wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheetas in striups and chanel inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on necessary pvc frame incl fillets as per specifications and drawings
50	S&F in position suspended false ceiling system using E-grid suspended ceiling grid system. The size of grid shall be 600 x 600mm with GI frame work main runner 38 x 24mm cross tee 25 x 24mm and wall angle 24x24mm, using 4 mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back availabel in due drop texture as per IS-2095, part-I-1996, fixid in the grid of E-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hanger from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips all as directed and as approved by Engr in Charge and dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including fillets,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.
51	S&F Cast Iron door closer hydraulically regulated desination No 1 universal type suaitable for door shutter up to 1000 mm in width and of weight not more then 35 kg, completeall as specified and as directed.
52	S & F, Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.
53	S&F, Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws including 5.5mm thick tinted glass or 9 mm thick PVC sheet best quality and cylindrical lock including rubber gasket & neospreme lining complete all as specified and directed.

55	Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, M&L non skidceramic coloured tiles7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
56	Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light/Fan socket or power) with complete fittings such as switch, sockets Ceiling rose pendent holders regulators etc.Removing old/UNSV material from site and making good the old disturbed surface.
57	M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade enclosed and including PVC casing and capping with fittings and accessories fixed to walls/ceiling by means of PVC rowl plugs fasteners with cadmium plated screws all as per IS including hard wood board PVC board and 3mm thick laminated sheet top covers including 1.5 Sqmm copper PVC insulated unsheathed continuous earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for the following:-

83	Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point., all as specified .
