Tender For Repairs To Leveling And Sand Filling Pbt And Lbt At Sarmat Range Under Ge ( Af ) Jamnagar No.2; 1 M&L For Approved Earth Filling By Spreading Levelling To Make The Required Level Etc. In Lbt ( Live Bombing Target ) Range Including Filling Of Craters Complete All As Specified And Directed.Note: ( I ) Soil Required For Filling Shall Be Brought Out From Outside Md Land Under His Own Arrangement Of Contractor. ( Ii ) Soil Shall Be Free From Pebbles, Stones, Bushes, Shrubs And Other Vegetation, Black Cotton Soil. ( Iii ) Measurement For Filling In Crater Shall Be Carried By Stack Measurement Of The Soil Brought By The Contractor. ( Iv ) Measurement Shall Be Carried Out For Net Finished Volume Of Earth Filled Subject To 20% Deduction Due To Bulkage. 2 Surface Excavation In Soft / Loose Soil N.Exc 30 Cm Deep And Averaging 15Cm Deep And Getting Out Complete All As Specified And Directed. 3 Removing Excavated Material N Exc. 50M And Depositing Where Directed At A Level N Exc. 1.5 M Above The Starting Point Complete All As Specified And Directed. 4 M & L For Preparing Surface Of Earth Filled Gunny Bags And Earth Filled Bitumen Barrel Planted On Ground ( Exposed Surface Only ) Removing And Cleaning ( Measured Flat ) Caked Mud And Applying One Coat Of White Wash Complete All As Specified And Directed. 5 Removing Old Worn Out ( Unserviceable ) Hdpe Bags / Gunny Bags From Stacks Filled With Sand Etc And Supply & Placing In Position New Hdpe Bags / Gunny Bags Inner Laminated Layer Standard Quality, Wt. Of Bag Shall Not Be Less Than 90 Grams Per Bag And Filled With Locally Available Sand / Soil ( Approx. Qty -1.20 Cuft In Each Bags ) Including Tying Properly & Stacking Neatly, Placing The Bag At Different Heights For Making Pyramid Tor Pin And Applying Three Coats Of White Wash On External Surface Of Gunny Bags Etc Complete All As Specified And Directed. 6 Removing Of Existing Damaged Bitumen Barrel Targets Planted On Ground Complete All As Specified And Directed. 7 Supply And Erecting In Position As Target Old Mild Steel Barrel ( Old Bitumen Container Barrel ) Of The Size 1.00 Meter Height And 0.50 Meter Dia In Cylindrical Shapes Including Earth Filling Inside The Barrel Up To The Rim, Including Ramming And Consolidating Soil Inside The Barrel And Applying Three Coats Of White Wash On External Surfaces Of Barrels Complete All As Specified And Directed. 8 Cross Ploughing In Any Type Of Soil With Disc Plough Mechanically Operated With Average Depth Of 25 Cm Running The Plough In Long And Traverse Direction And Cleaning Away Of All Grass / Vegetable Spoils Shrubs Under Growth Roots And Removing Rubbish Including Hard Objects Etc From The Surfaces Complete All As Specified And Directed. 9 Deployment Of Mechanical Earth Mover / Excavator ( Jcb Or Hitachi ) Incl Operator And Fuel Oil & Lubricant Etc For Levelling Of Earth Around Lbt / Pbt With Loose Soil Deposited Nearby Area Complete All As Specified And Directed.Note : ( A ) Mechanical Earth Mover / Excavator Shall Be Capacity 7.5 Ton As Specified Below:- ( I ) Bucket Capacity - 1.1 M3 ( Ii ) Backhoe Load Height Not Less Than 3400Mm. NAME OF WORK : REPAIRS TO LEVELLING AND SAND FILLING PBT AND LBT AT SARMAT RANGE UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO.2

1	M&L for approved earth filling by spreading levelling to make the required level etc. in LBT (Live bombing target) range including filling of craters complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Soil required for filling shall be brought out from outside MD Land under his own arrangement of contractor. (ii) Soil shall be free from pebbles, stones, bushes, shrubs and other vegetation, black cotton soil. (iii) Measurement for filling in crater shall be carried by stack measurement of the soil brought by the contractor. (iv) Measurement shall be carried out for net finished volume of earth filled subject to 20% deduction due to bulkage.
2	Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
3	Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
4	M & L for preparing surface of earth filled gunny bags and earth filled bitumen barrel planted on ground (Exposed surface only) removing and cleaning (measured flat) caked mud and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
5	Removing old worn out (unserviceable) HDPE bags/gunny bags from stacks filled with sand etc and supply & placing in position new HDPE bags/gunny bags inner laminated layer standard quality, wt. of bag shall not be less than 90 Grams per bag and filled with locally available sand / soil (Approx. Qty -1.20 Cuft in each bags) including tying properly & stacking neatly, placing the bag at different heights for making pyramid tor pin and applying three coats of white wash on external surface of gunny bags etc complete all as specified and directed.
6	Removing of existing damaged bitumen barrel targets planted on ground complete all as specified and directed.
7	Supply and erecting in position as target old mild steel barrel (old bitumen container barrel) of the size 1.00 meter height and 0.50 meter dia in cylindrical shapes including earth filling inside the barrel up to the rim, including ramming and consolidating soil inside the barrel and applying three coats of white wash on external surfaces of barrels complete all as specified and directed.
8	Cross Ploughing in any type of soil with disc plough mechanically operated with average depth of 25 cm running the plough in long and traverse direction and cleaning away of all grass / vegetable spoils shrubs under growth roots and removing rubbish including hard objects etc from the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
9	Deployment of mechanical earth mover/excavator (JCB or Hitachi) incl operator and fuel oil & lubricant etc for levelling of earth around LBT/PBT with loose soil deposited nearby area complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Mechanical earth mover/excavator shall be capacity 7.5 ton as specified below:- (i) Bucket capacity - 1.1 m3 (ii) Backhoe load height not less than 3400mm. (iii) Backhoe Dig depth not less than 4450mm. (iv) Loader clearance at max dump height 2690mm. (v) Loader dig depth not less than 200 mm (b) Payment shalll be made for time entry at sarmat range to time exit from sarmat range. (c) Contractor shall maintain LOG Book containing detail of date / time & location of operation of machine and same shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge & Contractor.
10	Cutting bushes, shrubs and other vegetation from target / alignment area upto ground level incl removing to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.
11	M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of bricks, stones, concrete, AC sheets of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
12	Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.
13	M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
14	Demolition of brick / stone masonry / Block masonry work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete & removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 5 Km, complete all as specified and directed.
15	M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls incl plaster/cornices etc and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic based emulsion paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufactureres instruction complete all as specified and directed.
16	M & L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.
17	M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered/unplastered) by brooming down and applying two coats of white wash incl cornices complete all as specified and directed.
18	M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
