Special Notes:- (i) The contractor shall carry out routine checking of the complete all Eqpts and rectifly the minor/major defects noticed immediately, if complaints were not attended within 45 minutes the following penalites will be imposed and deducted from contractors dues:- |

Rs 1000/- for not attending from contractor and keeping pending with in Two hours to 08 hours /per complaint. 3. Rs 2000/- for not attending from contractor and keeping pending with in 08 hrs to 24 hrs /per complaint. (ii) Comprehensive maintenance, checking, servicing, preventive / periodical, routine & corrective (Break down) maintenance, cleaning, inspection and testing in and including repair / replacement of defective components / parts / accessories/devices of UL listed/control wiring harness will be done by the authorised peronnel of OEM and rate of above deemed to be including in quoted rate by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of all spares parts like indicators, volt meter, Amp meter, winding of tranformer, CT,PT of VCB etc. which is required for smooth functioning of the all Eqpts during Comprehensive Maintance. Cost of the same is deemed to be including in the quoted rate. Replacement of any devices/accessories/parts should be replaced by the OEM.(iv) Contractor has to carry out monthly mainteance as per the mainteance schedule of the OEM and examining of all components for smooth operation and submit the monthly inspection/maintance report in first weak of every month to Engr-in-Charge, failing which recovery of Rs 8000/- per month shall be deucted form contractor dues.(v) Contractor will visit the site before quotating the tender. The rates include of repalcement of defective pats as per OEM recommendation. After accepting the tender, contractor will responsible for keeping all Eqpts with connected accessories in servicabl condition without any extra cost. |

| 9 | Note for Item No. 2.00 to 5.00:- (a) The comprehensive maintance of existing DG sets under this contract shall be done through respective OEM. The contractor will have to submit contract agreement with OEM for comprehensive mainteance on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notraized as per performa (Mentioned in tender document within seven days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work will executive as per policy invoge of the contractors default. (b) Contractor has to carry out monthly mainteance as per the mainteance schedule of the OEM and examining of all components for smooth operation and submit the monthly inspection/maintance report in first weak of every month to Engr-in-Charge, failing which recovery of Rs 5000/- per DG set per month shall be deucted form contractor dues. (c) The contractor should send technician to attend/rectify the complaints for all DG sets during 24x7 and when complaint lodged for breakdown on call basis for any No of items during the month. (d) Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of all spares parts as per OEM recommandation for smooth functioning of the following all DG sets during Comprehensive Mainteance. Cost of the same is deemed to be including in the quoted rate.Following works will be carried (i) Examination and cleaning of fuel injections, nozzles (ii) Check clearances of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required. (iii) Changing of oil filters, fuel filters screen filte assy. (iv) Mainteance of coolant level all as directed by the EIC. (v) Change of Hydraulic governor oil. (vi) Clean alternator winding in position by forced air and internal surfaces lubricate DE & NDE bearings. |
| 10 | (vii) Tightining of all nut bolts. (viii) Greasing of all parts. (ix) Test IR value of alternator winding and recording the readings. (x) Checking of any leakage in fuel and oil lines and rectification of the same. (xi) Cleaning of fuel tank by take out dirt. (xiii) Any other check as read for efficient running of equipment all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charage. (xiii) Routine maintenance of battery including filling electrolyte deemed to be in the quoted rate. In case of battery is totally damaged, after necessary verification in presence of Engineer-in-charge. If new battery is required after necessary check up will be supplied by the department. Fixing charges of battery will be included in the quoted rate. (xiv) The rates quoted against the above mentioned items is deemed to be included for cost of labour cost of T&P required for replacement of unserviceable parts and cost of handling /transportation of defective item to and from civil workshop for repair if required.(xv) Periodical maintenance as per the manufacturers instructions shall be carried out under the comprehensive maintenancecontract. The contractor shall submit the monthly test report for each DG set. AMF panel and control panel duly sign by Engineer-in-charge. The following checks and spare parts will be replaced in quoted rate. |

(ii) Rs 1000/- for not attending from contractor and keeping pending with in Two hours to 08 hours /per complaint. (iii) Rs 2000/- for not attending from contractor and keeping pending with in 08 hrs to 24 hrs /per complaint. (f) In case of break down the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor. The cost of the same are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (g) Cost of repair/replacement of all spare costs required for smooth operation of DG sets are included in quoted rate except top overhauling and major overhauling. (h) Contractor will visit the site before quotating the tender. The rates include of replacement of defective pats as per OEM recommendation. After accepting the tender, contractor will responsible for keeping DG sets with connected accessories in serviceable condition without any extra cost. |
