Supply, erection and testing of heavy grade(class-C) pipes conforming to IS- 1239 / IS-3589 including all fittings viz. tees, elbows, reducers, union, flanges, rubber gaskets, GI nuts bolts, washer and structural steels for pipe supports. Hanger support with anchor fasteners and clamps shall be supplied to fix the pipes on ceiling wall etc. including supporting/fixing the pipe on floor / wall /ceiling with clamps, hangers (using anchor fastners) as per specification. Cutting of floors, walls etc and making it good after erection of pipes shall be of vendor\"s scope. Necessary painting with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints to be done and supply of paints shall be with vendor\"s scope. 150 NB

Supply & installation of hose box, fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet, double door with lockable arrangements to accommodate 2 RRL hose of 15 m length and one branch pipe painted white inside and red outside with one key.(750x600x250 mm).

Supply & installation of 63 mm dia reinforced rubber line hose pipe in 15 m length conforming to IS : 636 Type II ISI marked with SS male and female instantaneous coupling conforming to IS 903 wounded with 18 SWG copper wire.

Supply & installation of swinging type hose reel drum fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA sheets painted with red colour stove paint 2 coats over 1 coat of primer. The length of hose shall be with 30 m with 20 mm dia. Working pressure rating shall be 18 kg/sq. The pipe shall be coupled with SS/GM self closing shut – off nozzle of 5 mm outlet.
