1	Supply, Erection and commissioning of 50 Cs V.T. Axial/ Mixed flow Pump of including MS Delivery pipe, bend & support of bend as per site requirement & specification approved by technical committee including providing & fixing of set of pair M.S. Cross Girder (ISMB) & M.S flat of suitable section for foundation of 50Cs VT Pump with all works as welding, painting, pec block, A.I. Brackets, M.S Plate etc complete & including dismentaling/taking down of old M.S Cross having 7.35 mtr Lift Girder structure as per site. (Annexure-A) and also as per approved specification of the deptt. Note: Impeller of pumps should be designed to lift Sludge/waste water of STP.
2	Supply, erection and commissioning of Solid shaft induction Motor 250 HP squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted, 6 pole, 760 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 as per IS 12615. The color shade shall be RAL 7031, suitable for 50Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-B)
3	Providing and fixing of Chemical earthing by digging diameter 200mm bore, complete with Gl electrode with GI strip of suitable length of 400ft. with proper specification and proper wiring with all allied accessories and coke & salt etc along with name plate complete as per site requirement.
4	Supply, erection and commissioning of Motor Control Center/LT Panel 1600A as per IP-54 (should be having enough space for connection of 02 incomer cables from transformer and 01 cable for capacitor bank) with incomer ACB of 1600Amp with 04 Nos outgoings each of having MCCB of 630Amp and 02 nos outgoings each of having MCCB of 400Amp alongwith D plug socket in front side of panel for lighting loads, indicators, meters, push buttons, bus bars and 4 nos. Fully Automatic ATS starters of 250HP having contactor rating as 550A/400A/265A, complete in all respect like relays, indicators, timers etc. with other allied accessories as per design of Motor Control Centre with a stand of MS Channel/angle having 2 feet height from floor level & as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-C). The LT Panel should be complete with capacitor bank of 350 KVAR in 8 Steps with incomer consist of contactor & MCCB. Each step should consist of contactor & MCCB.
5	Providing and Laying LT Armoured PVC Copper Cable of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core with copper thimbles at both end conforming to IS 7098-1985 as per approved makes.
6	Providing and Laying LT Armoured PVC Copper Cable of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core with copper thimbles at both end conforming to IS 7098-1985 as per approved makes.
7	Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 1 MVA Transformer, three phase 11KV/440V with first filling of oil and provision of support of cable at transformer near thimbles, LT Bus bars & Copper patti of suitable length & size, Bi-metallic clamp for 630sq mm/1000sq mm cable, Brass Nuts with washers for LT side and leftover items if any as per site requirement alongwith specification with dismantling of existing transformer. (NOTE:- Transformer as per Approved makes and specificaitons with conditon of UHBVN/DHBVN)
