23Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT Panel board Wall Mounted Type (CPRI approved manufacturers as per enlisted make only) cubical type, outdoor type, Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1-1993 fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, MCCB and TPN Copper bus bars etc.The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar .The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables.All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thickpowder coated shall be used at thebottom for entry of armoured cableof adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front openable, lockable /openable by key from both sides. 26Construction ofSoakage wells including excavation and earthworkin any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.80 Mtr dia and 3 Mtr effective depth.
27"SOIL INVESTIGATION"
28M & L for Boring hole of 04 Nosas shown on drg 100mm dia by rotatory drilling for soil investigation in any type of soil/rock/ concrete floors and sub bases refusal including boulders weathered rock upto a depth of 10m, trial pits as directed by Engr-In-Charge alongwith SPT at every 1.5M, and carryingout SPT and other tests required for designing the foundation. Test report should be included all the tests as required for designing the foundation such as SPT values bore logs soil classification and also should cover the general recommendations for the proposed type, of foundation system safe bearing capacity likely total settlement etc. The report shall be submitted in quintuplicate duly bounded in a presentable manner. The unit"s rate quotedshall be deemed to include the cost of submission of such reports and samples of Soil.
29Note : - a) Soil investigation shall be carried out before starting excavation of foundation of watch tower and test reports shall be submitted to ascertain the design criteria of column footings. If any changes are required as per the soil investigation data, the work in watch towers shall be commenced after regularization of these changes. b) Water will be supplied by the department
30c) The report should contain following test , as applicable to the soil on ground:- (i)Bore hole chart. (ii) Profile of all type bore holes. (iii) Bearing capacity calculation indicating SBC of soil with type of foundation anddepth. (iv) Consolidated test on undisturbed sample. (v) Chemical analysis of ground water. (vi) Unconsolidated and undrained triaxial shear test. (vii) Crushing strength of hard rock samples recovered. (viii) SBC of ground with type of foundation.(ix) Photographic record during the progress. (x) Existing water table (if met)
31d)Compilation of geotechnical report including field and laboratory test results, recommandation report for foundation system, graphs, pile load capacity, diameter and depth of pipe required for the above mentioned work and addressing all relevant geotechnical issues complete including vetting of report by any Govt. Engineering College in India or any NABL approved laboratory.
