(b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (e) Work in patches and in narrow /widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer–in–Charge. 12	S&F for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand–rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe–290 Gde E–165 complete all a specified and as directed.
13	M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth complete all a specified and as directed.
14	Dismantling of brick or terracing tiles of single layers on roofs incl cleaning of bricks/tiles and removal of unusable bricks/tiles and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.
15	Demolition of mud in roof any thickness (whether full thickness removed or part thereof ) including plastering & leaping plaster and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position on top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with brush/mechanical brush and with water throughly to romove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose bare concrete roof slab and romoval of rubbish/demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified Note : Demolition should be done by chiselling.
16	M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B–1 using 20 mm mechanically crushed stone aggregate inroof as padding, paving, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height and other like works complete all as specified.
17	M&L for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylenepolymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less then 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, make as approved consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25"C temprature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat, the layer membrane shell be laid using butane troch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under :– (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23"C at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150"C when tested in accordance with ASTM (d–5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only.
18	S&F for machine pressed cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6)and jointed flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified.
19	M&L for preparation of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone or any other surface of wall /roof applying of two coats of heat resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.
20	Supply only polymer based liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
21	M&L 18 to 20 mm thick green marble slab in single piece in jambs and in double piece in cills on vertical surfaces with neat cement slurry and over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 backing coat jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing and necessary edge moulding before fixing of stone complete all as specified and directed.
22	Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, areanot exceeding 1.50 Square metre(w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs andadjoining surfacesin CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.
23	Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area exceeding 1.50 Square metre andnot exceeding 4.00 Square metre (without taking off shutters from frame) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.
24	S&F extruded Powder coated aluminium section as in window, ventilation, door (powder coated 50 micron in blackcolour) with movable /sliding, openable or fixed type shutter or any pattern as directed, aluminum section medium weight of series B or size as directed by the Engr in charge cut to size, jointed toghter including rubber beading and all necessary fitting complete all as specfied and directed. Note :– (i) Only aluminum sections measured and paid in this item and thickness of any member should not be more than 2mm. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of all neecssary fittings and fixture such as roller, handle, locks etc.
25	S&F for anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge

40	S&F in repair for 1000 litres rotational moulded polyethylene HDPE triple layered water storage tanks of white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, connecting up pipes, securing access covers etc., with and including 20mm ball brass float valve with float and flynut screwed to pipe and dismantling of water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.
41	Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
42	S&F in repair for 20mm bore gun–metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
43	Supply and fixing in replacement of 110mm dia UPVC soil, waste, drain pipe, type ‘B’, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length, with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.
44	S&F in replacement110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.
45	Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position such as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work removal of debries to distance exc 250mtr complete all as specified and directed.
46	Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M–35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
47	M&L factory made kerb stone of M–25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
48	Notes for all items :– The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple storey house having height 4 mtr to 10 mtr. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
