Each Modular shall be securely connected with Neighboring module using and integrated linking bracket which can be refastened by an Allen key. It shall be easily reconfigured at any place by just using Allen Keys. The coner module has to be supplied with 2 Nos. Right angled brackets, that doubles as an armrest on one side. Generous armrest width allows impromptu support for computer notebooks, drinks and Friends.
5Each Modular of the sofa set has to be 750 mm wide and 750 mm broad with seat height to be 400 mm from ground giving healthy seating posture the back height shall be 320 mm from seat. The sofa Set has to be upholstered with Textile Fabric covering over polyurethane Foam. The Legs of the table shall be made up of Aluminium legs connected together with Die-Casted Connectors. The Table shall be provided with 2 Nos. beams for more stability and strength. The work shall be carried out all complete as per Architect Drawing No CA-4423 R20, CA-4424 R19, CA-4425 R19 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Supplying and placing in position Cafeteria Chair (Without Arms). The overall dimensions of the chair shall be 490mm (W) X 550mm (D) X 810mm (H). The shell of the chair shall be made up of molded polypropylene.Legs should be made up of 19mm tubular steel finished in silver proxy finish. The work shall be carried out all complete as per Architect Drawing No CA-4423 R20, CA-4424 R19, CA-4425 R19 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
10Supplying and placing in position Lecture Room Table of size: 1200 mm (L) X 750 mm (W) X 750 mm (H) MASA Foldable table with Modesty Panel. The Table top shall be made up of 25mm thick melamine wooden top and 50mm x 25mm Aluminium die cast legs with Table top foldable mechanism and lockable castors with MS powder coated embossed modesty of 450H. 19Supplying and placing in position wooden corner table of size 53cm X 45cm X 45.8cm height of MDF top and rubber wood understructure with tapered legs in Cappuccino shade.The work shall be carried out all complete as per Architect Drawing No CA-4423 R20, CA-4424 R19, CA-4425 R19 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Supplying and installation in position push / pull type Metallic Optimizers / Mobile storage system having 1 static unit model Optz SS1 1200mm and 1 Locking unit model Optz SL1 1200mmof size1980H X 1200W X 400D, and 3 twin/back to back units model Optz TM1 1200mm of size 1980H X 1200W X 800D, with Ergonomically designed C shaped Handles and centralised locking system with 100% VOC free powder coating , wheel drive andthe rails of 4metre length shall be chemically grouted in the floor for right allignment. 21SH: MODULAR PARTITIONS AND WORK STATIONS
22FULL HEIGHT MODULAR PARTITIONS (Without Door). The work shall be carried out all complete as per Architect Drawing No CA-4423 R20, CA-4424 R19, CA-4425 R19, WD-36-3135 R7, WD-37-3136 R6 & WD-39-3138 R6 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
23Supplying and installationFull Height partition of minimum 75mm thickness and should have clear space of 45-55 mm for electrical wiring. The height of partitions shall be as per drg ( minimum of 2185 mm) . All metallic parts shall undergo a 7 stage anti rust treatment and shall be powder coated in suede finish to a thickness of minimum 45 microns.
24Modular Partition - The modular partitions shall not be grouted in the floors.The modular partitions shall be an assembly of the following parts:-
25Levellers - Each frame shall be provided with two 10mm leveling bolts which allow 15mm adjustment for floor unevenness.The levelers shall be concealed inside the skirting and shall be completely retracted inside the skirting in case of uniformly flat floors.
26Wall start (Optional) - This is a joinery, which is used to fix partition with wall. The section is made of 75mm (W)X 75/50mm(D)CRCA Steel. This should have necessary slots for fixing and can take wire from wall to partition.
27Frames shall form the basic support structure for all components and shall be of 75mm x 35mm aluminium sections. The main vertical member of the frame bearing the load of brackets and storages shall be made of 1.2mm thick aluminium sections.The connecting vertical face shall be made up of 0.8-1mm thick aluminium sections. The horizontal members shall be made of 0.8mm aluminium extrusions. Each individual module shall not be more than 700mm in height and shall not be more than 1200mm in width.Frames can have 1-3 modules in prefabricated form.Additional height shall be achieved by mounting modules over them.The bottom module shall be mounted over askirting of more than 85mm height. The skirting shall be designed so that switches can be provided on the skirting level.The Base Beam (Skirting Inner Sections) shall be made of CRCA Steel.
28The skirting shall be snap fitted on both sides with Skirting Plates made of 0.6mm thick aluminium extrusions.Wherever switches are provided on the skirting, the skirting plates shall have the necessary slots (Optional/As per Requirement).
29Frame Gasket- Frame modules shall have PVC foam Gaskets of 4mm thickness and 10mm width pasted with PVA glue along the inner periphery on both sides to prevent sound and dust transmission through the tiles.The frames shall also have 2mm x 10mm foam gaskets pasted with PVA glue on the outer periphery so as to seal the gaps between the adjacent frames.
30Ceiling Rail-The telescopic ceiling rails shall be made of CRCA Steel of 75mm Cross section with 0.7mm thickness.The height of the ceiling rail shall be of 50mm thick.The ceiling rail should allow an height adjustment of 10mm to 15mm upwards.
31Posts-The frames shall be connected at the junctions by CRCA Steel connectors.The Junction of frames shall be snap fitted with square Posts.The Posts shall be made of CRCA Steel of1.6mm thickness of section 75mm x 75mm for 2-Way & 75mm x 15mm for 3-Way.
32Trims-The exposed vertical and horizontal faces of the frames shall be snap fitted with curve trims. The trims shall be made of aluminium extrusions of 1mm thickness and 75mm width in a Curvature of 12mm.

34Slots shall be provided on Skirting / Tiles / Partition to fix all electrical & data points as per Requirement.

38LAMINATED TILES: Laminated tiles shall be made of 8-10mm MDF (Medium Density Fibre Board) with 0.6-0.8mm Post Lamination on both sides of the tile.
39FABRIC TILES: The fabric tiles shall be made of 8-10mm MDF with fabric. It should be possible to replace the fabric by peeling it off.
