Including The Cost Of Scaffolding / Ladder Access Arrangeemnt And Stacking The Material Within 50 Metres Lead. 2 Transportation Of Damaged Acsheets, Gutters, Ridgesand Debris Etc., Generated From Above Items By Engaging Tractor Trolley Including Cost Of Fuel, Wages Of Driver And Required Manpower For Loading, Transporting Upto A Lead Of 2.0Km, , Unloading And Stacking, Material In The Place Shown By Engineer-In-Charge Etc., Complete As Directed. ( Note : The Size Of Tractor Trolly Shall Not Be Less Than 3.0Mx1.9Mx0.45M ) Payment Shall Be Made For Each Trip. 3 Transportation Of Dismantled / Removed Damaged Fiber Reinforced Cement Corrugated Sheets, Frp Sheets, Gutters, Ridges Etc. Generated Including Loading, Transportation Out Of Nfc And To Be Disposed Off Through A Municipal Solid Waste Management Agency / Establishment, Ramkey Or M / S Hmep Or Any Approved Licensec Agency And Disposed Off In Safe Manner As Per Cpcb Norms And Providing A Certificate To This Extent. 4 Dismantling Steel Work Of Trusses In Single Sections Of Channels, Angles Tees And Flat Including Dismembering And Stacking Within 50 Metres Lead. 5 Credit For Buyback Of Structural Steel Including Loading, Transportation Out Of Nfc As Per Directions Of Eic. Note: The Dismantled Structural Steel Members Will Be Property Of Contractor And Shall Be Taken Out After Clearance Of Eic. 6 Dismantling Aluminium / Gypsum Partitions, Doors & Windows Including Frame, Fixed Glazing And False Ceiling Including Disposal Of Unserviceable Material And Stacking Of Serviceable Material With In 50 Meters Lead As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. 7 Demolishing R.C.C. Work Manually / By Mechanical Means Including Stacking Of Steel Bars And Disposal Of Unserviceable Material Within 50 Metres Lead As Per Direction Of Engineer - In- Charge. 8 Demolishing Brick Work In Cement Mortar Manually / By Mechanical Means Including Stacking Of Serviceable Material And Disposal Of Unserviceable Material Within 50 Metres Lead As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge. 9 Demolishing Cement Concrete With Flooring And Skirting Tiles Manually / By Mechanical Means Including Disposal Of Material Within 50 Metres Lead As Per Direction Of Engineer - In - Charge. 10 Demolishing / Removal Of Stone Rubble Masonry / Soling Manually / By Mechanical Means Including Stacking Of Serviceable Material And Disposal Of Unserviceable Material Within 50 Metres Lead As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge : 11 Earth Work In Surface Excavation Not Exceeding 30 Cm In Depth But Exceeding 1.5 M In Width As Well As 10 Sqm On Plan Including Getting Out And Disposal Of Excavated Earth Upto 50 M And Lift Upto 1.5 M, As Directed By Engineer-In- Charge: 12 Clearing Jungle Including Uprooting Of Rank Vegetation, Grass, Brush Wood, Trees And Saplings Of Girth Up To 30 Cm Measured At A Height Of 1 M Above Ground Level And Removal Of Rubbish Up To A Distance Of 50 M Outside The Periphery Of The Area Cleared Etc. Dismantled Window Frame And Shutter Will Be Property Of Contractor And Shall Be Taken Out After Clearance Of Eic. 20 Credit For Buyback Of Dismantled Door Frames In Existing Condition Along With Door Shutter Board Upto Size Of 4 Sqm Made Of Ms / Wooden / Aluminium / Wpc / Glass Etc In Existing Condition Including Loading, Transportation Out Of Nfc As Per Directions Of Eic. Name of Work: Demolition of existing old sheds in Auto Section, General Services Plant at NFC, Hyderabad.

Sl. No.	Item Description
1	Dismantling roofing of Asbestos cement sheet including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. Including the cost of scaffolding/ladder access arrangeemnt and stacking the material within 50 metres lead.
2	Transportation of damaged ACsheets, gutters, ridgesand debris etc., generated from above items by engaging tractor trolley including cost of fuel, wages of driver and required manpower for loading, transporting upto a lead of 2.0KM,, unloading and stacking, material in the place shown by engineer-in-charge etc., complete as directed.( Note : The size of tractor trolly shall not be less than 3.0mX1.9mX0.45m) payment shall be made for each trip.
3	Transportation of dismantled/ removed damaged fiber reinforced cement corrugated sheets, FRP sheets, gutters,ridges etc. generated including loading, transportation out of NFC and to be disposed off through a Municipal Solid Waste management agency/ establishment, Ramkey or M/s HMEP or any approved licensec agency and disposed off in safe manner as per CPCB norms and providing a certificate to this extent.
4	Dismantling steel work of trusses in single sections of channels, angles Tees and flat including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
5	Credit for buyback of structural steel including loading, transportation out of NFC as per directions of EIC. Note: the dismantled structural steel members will be property of contractor and shall be taken out after clearance of EIC.
6	Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors & windows including frame, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
7	Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
8	Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

11	Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:
12	Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc. complete as specified and directed.
13	Earth work in excavation in all soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.
14	Lead charges upto 1KM or part thereoffor additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock , other unserviceable materials etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20%and 50% for rock
15	a) for soil and fine materials
16	b) for rock, RR masoary , debris etc
17	Removal of light fitting along with their down rods and other accessories carefully without causing any damage. The removed material should be shifted to an identified location about 500m away.
18	Removal of ceiling fans / exhaust fans along with their down rods and other accessories carefully without causing any damage. The removed material should be shifted to an identified location about 500m away.
19	Credit for buyback of dismantled window/ exhaust opening frames in existing condition with window shutter board upto size of 6 Sqm made of MS/wooden/aluminium/glass etc including loading, transportation out of NFC as per directions of EIC. Note: the contractor can make site visit to access the condition of windows before quoting the rate. Dismantled window frame and shutter will be property of contractor and shall be taken out after clearance of EIC.
20	Credit for buyback of dismantled door frames in existing condition along with door shutter board upto size of 4 Sqm made of MS/wooden/aluminium/WPC/glass etc in existing condition including loading, transportation out of NFC as per directions of EIC. Note:the contractor can make site visit to access the condition of windows before quoting the rate. The dismantled door frame and shutter will be property of contractor and shall be taken out after clearance of EIC.
