| 1 | a) Day today operation & overall supervision on sweeping and cleaning of corridor, common space, toiltes, urinals etc. at least twice a day and bedroom & driver"s room (once a day). b)Wiping of all furniture, Stair Hand Rail, Balcony Railing, door, window, window sills, walls, partition glass etc. Changing of Linen, preparation of bed, washing and cleaning of utensils, tureen (if any) and cleaning of floor, stairs & ceiling of bungalow etc for keeping free from dust and up keeping of all furniture etc. c) Cleaning and washing including ironing of door curtain, windows screen, blanket, carpet, mosquito nets etc once in a month and reinstallation of the same in proper position.d) Cleaning and washing including ironing of bed cover, bed sheet, pillow cover, bath towels, hand towel, blanket cover after every use incluing ironing of the same and reinstallation after drying.e) Operation of DG set as and when required ensuring uninterrupted power supply.f) Serving RO filtered water to every boarder and every room. |
| 2 | Dusting & periodic maintenance of electrical gadgets like refrigerator, ceiling fan, television sets, telephone, A.C. machines, washing machine oven, toaster, Mixer-grinder, R.O water filter, water cooler, electric kettle, electric iron, exhaust fans etc. (All electrical & electronics gadgets should be checked in regular intervals and Maintenance Record Book/ Log-Book should be maintained with due authentication by the competent persons/ officer regularly as fixed by the Engineer-in-Charge). |

| 6 | Nominal maintenance (upto Rs 500/- in each case) to every requirement of both civil and electrical shall be the responsibility of the bidder without causing inconvenience to the boarders. It is also bidder’s responsibility to report the controlling officer in time regarding any issue of major maintenance which may involve amount more than Rs 500/-. It will be bidder’s responsibility to carry out such major maintenance which may involve amount more than Rs 500/- as per instruction of the authority and actual expense on such account will be reimbursed without any profit. (All civil and electrical items should be checked in regular intervals and Maintenance Record Book/ Log-Book should be maintained with due authentication by the competent persons/ officer regularly as fixed by the Engineer-in-Charge). |
