First Coat Applying 3Mm To 4Mm Thick And Curing Properly At Least 7 Days, Second Finishing Coat Done After 7 Days Of Previous Coat As Per Traditional Practice. 5	Replastering of 25 to 30mm average thick lime surkhi plaster in 1:1:1(1 lime : 1 surkhi :1 coarse sand) in two coats mixed with traditional binding/adheshive material i.e. Gud, Belgiri and Babool gum including cleaning the surface and racking out joints as per original texture and curing etc complete in all respect.
6	Replaster for making Mahrabs, Arches, Pillars, Gardana stone and brackets in 25-30mm avg. thick lime surkhi plaster (1 lime :1 surkhi : 1 coarse sand) as per old traditional practice (Arches & Mehrab in three coat of base course and subsequent course and low temping beating the shrinkage cracks and disappear then the work done as per the required work of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice etc complete in all respect.
7	Earth work in excavation by manually in foundation including dressing, levelling, ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 mtr etc complete.
8	Providing and laying lime concrete of roof terrace & floor portion with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime:1surkhi :1coarse sand)and 20mm down gauge brick aggregate including beating with bamboo stick first & then with thaphi till the surface is harden to maintainthe proper slope & topsurface finishing etc. complete in all respect.
9	R.R. stone masonry with collected/available old stone in 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including curing etc complete.
10	Recess pointing with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including racking, cleaning and washing out joints with mixing hardener and colour pigment for matching the original etc complete.
11	Taking and lowering down and replacement of the broken, cracked & missing chhajja stones by providing & fixing the 50mm thick avg. thickness (Bijoliya/Bansi Paharpur) including making the grooves & joints and interlocking with S.S. Rod (Nail) and anchoring pin with lime mortar as per original etc complete.
12	Taking out /Removal/ lowering down the broken/ cracked sand stone slab 50 to 65 mm thickness on roof of temple& disposal them lead upto 100 mtr by head load etc complete.
13	Providing & fixing sand stone slab 50 to 65 mm thick avg. on roof of temple including filling the joints with lime mortor1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 brick surkhi : 1 coarse sand) etc complete
14	Providing and laying 10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement andfinished neat with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) brick tile of class designation 10 etc complete.
15	Providing & laying the 6 mm thick lime punning with Special lime mortor with lime, gum and marble dust of similor to orginial & preparing the surface for lime punning complete in all respect.
16	Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane: 3mm thick.
17	Providing and applying Lime Kara 1:2 (1 lime :2 zikki powder) grinding mortar with grinding mill/ manually on lime base, on ceiling and all flat surface in two coats. First coat applying 3mm to 4mm thick and curing properly at least 7 days, second finishing coat done after 7 Days of previous coat as per traditional practice. (thickness not more than 6mm)
18	Providing and fixing 40mm thick teak wood pannneled door on old patteren including old design iron nails, holdraft, chool, and iron ring with one coat of termiguard/primer & polishing etc complete including labour and material etc complete.
19	Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work by manually upto lead of 500 mtr from site area for site clearance and good appearance. (Note - It is estimate purpose only actual qty will measured and recorded during execution of the work)
20	Erection and dismantlingscaffolding with wooden ballies and bamboo challiesincluding carrying the scafoldding material from store to working site then back to store etc complete.
