The Bills For The Intensive Coaching Should Be Submitted In Triplicate Along With Advanced Stamped Receipt For Payments.12. Mode Of Payment Will Be Through Ecs Of Training Partners’ Bank Account. 13. No Advance Payment Will Be Made. 100% Payment Will Be Processed On Successful Completion Of 150 Hours Of Physical Training And Mock Tests.14. Tds At The Rate Of 2% On Gst Will Be Deducted From The Bill If The Bill Value Exceeds Rs.2.5Lakh.15. As Per Tamilnadu Transparency In Tender Act 1998 And Tamilnadu Transparency In Tender Rules 2000I. Necessary Proofs Should Be Enclosed Stating The Number Of Students’ Branch Wise Attended Gate Training With Their Results.19. Branch Wise Individual Trainer Profiles Should Be Enclosed. Trainers Are Expected To Be The Subject Experts From Their Area Of Specialization.20. The Bidders Should Submit The Detailed Training Schedule Of Class Work Branch Wise Along With The Contents To Be Delivered In Each Session. The Sessions Are To Be Planned Based On The Gate Syllabus With General Aptitude Questions, Engineering Mathematics, And Core Engineering Subjects For Mech, Eee, Ece And Cse Branches.21. The Bidders Should Adhere To The Dates Given By Tender Inviting Authority For Providing Training.22. The Selected Training Partner Should Submit An Undertaking Form To Assure Of Their Performance Before The Commencement Of The Training Sessions.23. The Training Partners Should Conduct Mock Tests Periodically And Keep Track Of Individual Students’ Performance In Mock Tests And The Same Should Be Submitted To The Head Of The Institution Periodically. 24. The Training Partner Should Provide The Hard Copy Of Study Materials, Handouts, Books, Recorded Videos And Online Access To Courses To All Students.25. Last 5 Years Question Papers And Answers With Detailed Solution Should Be Given To All Students. 26. The Training Firms Should Conduct Doubt Clearing Sessions During And After The Training Period.27. Principal, Government College Of Engineering, Bargur Reserves The Right Not To Accept Lowest Price Or To Reject Any Or All The Tenders Without Assigning Any Reasons.28.
