All routine/urgent jobs received on job slip to be deposited to JE E/M after completion of the job within 24 hrs. In case of any delay in attending the work more then 24 hrs after handing over of routine/urgent work, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penality @ Rs 750 per job per day. Note : The major complaint if any shall be attended under respective item of Sch "A". In such case the complaint shall not be measured under this item. |
