The complete system shall compliance the technical parameters as per standard of LPS1666:issue1.0byLPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board) as per the following technical specification and terms & condition, as per the direction of Engineer - In-charge etc. complete as required. (A) Clean Agent/Gas Cylinder :- The Clean Agent / Gas Cylinder shall be Confirming to IS: 15683 - 2006 for working pressure, hydraulic test pressure and burst pressure etc. The cylinder shall be supplied with mounting arrangement as per site requirement. The test certificate shall be submitted along with cylinder. (B) Clean Agent/Gas (UL Listed):- The Clean Agent/ Gas in the system / cylinder shall be FK-5-1-12 (UL Listed) with 18 bar pressure as per system requirement & OEM specification with 100% purity. The Gas in the cylinder shall be filled from OEM PESO/CCOE Listed Gas Filling Station. The Clean Agent shall be Clear & Odourless, Purity= 99.9%, Moisture = 10x10?4 and Residue = 0.01g/100ml. The necessary certificate shall be submitted by the agency in support of above. (C) DLP Valve Assembly & Accessories :- The DLP Valve assembly shall be automatic type and having push and plug in connector for tube. The Valve assembly shall be made out of brass and nickel plated, equipped with pressure gauge to monitor the system pressure. The valve shall be equipped with necessary accessories i.e. ball valve, pressure gauge, pressure switch for giving signal to the hooter and End of Line adopter with pressure gauge etc. The valve shall be suitable for working pressure as per system & OEM requirement. |

| 3 | Supply and fixing of Fire Detection tube for automatic fire detection and suppression system made by special modified polyamide (P.A) , Color Red/ Black, High grade quality, UV Stabilized, Inner diameter 6 mm and inner diameter 4 mm with dry nitrogen gas confirmingto IS:1747, Melting Point approx. 220 degrees celsius when heating up with 10K/minute, steady load tested up to max 80° C. The lowest operating temperature is stipulated at minus 40° C. Service pressure 20 Bar, Burst Pressure at 20° C approx 100 Bars, Release temperature: Rapid heat increase in temperature at 20 bars pressure approx 90° to 120° C.
