    Name of Work:Emergent repairing lifting and lowering of 40 HP VT turbine pump motor set including supply of bearing scraping and painting of pump motor set and CI pipe line with refiting the same in proper position for smoothly running condition at WT 16 under Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation.

    1Dismantling and lifting of 40 HP VT pump, assembly and replacing the same by replacing line shaft coupling stuffing box bush impeller lock cooler tee by supply of new one incl. necessary machining turning etc. as complete assembly along with column pipe after repair work and refixing motor in original position including less for unserviceable materials.
    2Carriage the pump motor set with accessories from work site to work shop and back to pump house as per direction of EIC.
    3Repairing of 40 HP Turbine pump motor by rewinding incl. less for unserviceable materials.
    4Repairing of Turbine pump changed the SS Bush, Pipe cooler ring pump shaft and bowl assembly and fitting fixing the same in proper position and running condition.
    5Supply of SS pump cooler shaft ring (Bowl) for vertical turbine pump as per smaple
    6Supplying and fitting fixing the bearing 7220 BECMMC as per sample
    7Supplying and fitting fixing the bearing 6311 C3 as per sample
    8Lifting one no. burnt submersible pump motor set along with column pipe after disconnecting plumbing line and electrical connection by lowering the another pump motor set on next days with the column pipe and other accessories and connection the plumbing and electrical connection and commissionning complete.
    9Dismantling the bearing housing making new bearing cooler ring and fitting fixing the same in proper position
    10Painting of pump motor set and 1200 mm. dia CI pipe line with necessary scrapping complete as per direction of EIC.
