88Material and labour for earthing with galavanised steel earth plate elctrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directley in ground, (earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level), with the top edge of the plate not less then 1.5m below the normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm thick soldered and riveted to earth plate, GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade) from earth plate to equipment and watering pipe 20mm bore (light grade), chamber and coping shall be made in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC pit cover 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforeced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 80mm c/c both way with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia TMT bar duly embedded in RCC cover in lieu of CI pit cover with angle iron frame including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and as specified including charcoal dust, common salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point/main point and testing of earthing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Main earthing lead from earth plate to test point and upto 7.5m to be provided and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
89Material and labour for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, outdoor type, of suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 3mm thick duly powder coated with seimens grey shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment. Outer cubicle having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders with Ics = 100% Icu in all MCCBs with extended Rotary Handle. 91(a) Designing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of chilled water type central air conditioning plant of capacity 13 TR (Approx) Inverter Scroll chiller of capacity- 13TR (01 Nos working and 01 No standby) with all equipments and accessories complete and comprising of the following :-Two Nos of water cooled chiller unit factory assembled with nominal cooling capacity appox. 13TR ,duly prewired and run tested at the factory with capacity modulation in steps. (Design Temp - 20°± 2°C , Relative Humidity - 60 ± 5%)
92Intelligent:- Microprocessor control to ensure ease of operation significant power saving to reduced maint cost and lower instance of break downs. (a) Digital setting of temp levels enable setting of desired temperature level accurately to ensure optical cooling and significant power saving . (b) Auto distribution load to ensure when the air condition is less than full capacity of the chiller microprocessor automatically to keep only the required compressor on and switch off rest. Moreover controller ensures all compressors evenly switched ON or OFF at regular interval to ensure efficient running of the chiller and ensure equal load on all the compressors. (c) BMS capability to ensure PC monitoring and remote connectivity features. (d) Protection mechanism:- The controller to protect the compressor from accidental phase reversal or single phasing errors .In built anti freeze protection ensure cutoff before freezing point to ensure lower instances of breakdown. (e) Non volatile memory:- all setting on the controller are stored in the non volatile memory and stop through power failure for avoiding the need to reset the parameters after every power failure. (f) Self diagnostics: - to help in identifying fault very quickly .technical fault can be detected and displayed on the controller to make trouble shooting simple. g) Auto start:- The controller restart automatically with its original setting after the restoration of power supply
93(i) Two Nos chillers each comprising of two compressor of 13 TON hermatically sealed units using R - 410 a refrigerant complete with suction and discharge shut off valves, automatic capacity control with the thermostats and solenoid valves, built in suction strainer, oil pump, hot gas muffler, heat wheel, oil pressure, safety switch etc all as specified. (ii) Two Nos shell and tube type water cooled condenser for each compressor with fouling factor 0.00025 F ft2 hr/Btu and Min rate of flow of water 45.5 USGPM and max flow of water 52 USGPM ,water inlet/outlet temp 29.44 degree/35 degree centrigrade MS Shell and integrally finned copper tubes complete with safety valve, drain valve, water inlet and out valves, hot gas inlet and liquid outlet isolating valves, thermometer and pressure gauges at water inlet/outlet and purge valve all as specified. (iii) Two Nos shell and tube type DX chiller with thermal insulation, temperature of water entering the chiller 12.2 deg C, temperature of water leaving of the chiller 6.7 deg C, including refrigerant inlet and outlet connections with isolating valves, expansion valves, water inlet and outlet valves, temperature and pressure gauges at water inlet and outlet, drain and vent, stop valves complete all as specified. (iv) Two Nos stands fabricated out of MS powder coated chiller base frame of suitable size for mounting compressor, motor, and condenser. (v) Two set of neoprene rubber anti-vibration ribbed pads with MS channel in foundation etc complete as per manufacturer"s instructions for installation of the plant. (vi) First charge of R - 410a refrigerant and Compressor oil for the complete plant. (vii) Bright annealed copper heavy duty refrigerant piping for suction, discharge and liquid line compete with fitting valves. suction line should be insulated.

95(b) Automatic Condenser Cleaning System Supply,Installation,Testing&CommissioningofAutomaticBrush BallOnlinetubecleaningsystemequippedwithcomputercontrol panel, ball re-circulation device, ball entrapment module, ball divertermodule,ballinjectionmodulerequiringcleaningballsfor cleaningcondensertubesystemforeachchiller.Thecleaning devices shall comprise different types of elastomeric balls of various sizesanddifferentspecificgravitiestoeffectthetubecleaning process at predetermined time while the condenser is online. The automatic tube cleaning system shall be equipped with a master programmable logic controller with user definable features to adjust cleaning cycle frequency, injection timing, retrieval timingand rest cycletiming tosuitoperationalparametersofcondenser,ball injectionmodule,ball retrievalmodule andrelated piping configuration comprising the master mechanical components control system to be installed for each chiller condenser. The automatic tube cleaning system shall utilize cleaning balls with spikes configured to reach and clean grooves of enhanced tubes. The automatic ball tubecleaningsystemshall utilisecleaning balls with diameter smaller than the diameter of the tubes. The automatic tube cleaning system shall utilize eccentrically weighted cleaning balls to enhance dynamic zig-zag impact cleaning mechanism capable of cleaning grooves of enhanced tubes. 96(c) Condenser water cooling arrangement comprising of the following :- (i) Two Nos EEC Series (Engery efficient) monoblock centrifugal condenser cooling water pumping sets of Make: Kirloskar/ Groundfoss/ Mather & Platt / Crompton /Beacon of suitable capacity not less than 2 HP to achieve desired dishcarge and head alongwith necessary valves in suction and delivery line each of 100% capacity (01 Nos working and 01 Nos Standby) and suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 cycles, 415 volts AC supply along with hydraulic vane type water meter for flow measurement and providing a pressure gauge in each pump set of suitable capacity including suitable foundation with neoprene rubber anti vibration ribbed pads all as specified. (ii) One No Twin Cell type corrosion resistant, fire retardant, FRP induced draft, rectangular type counter flow cooling tower of capacity 120% of plant running capacity with maximum allowable temperature 50 degree centigrade, drift loss 0.005% of water circulation of Make: Mihir/ Paharpur// polo/ Delta/ Advance with suitable foundation and float valve of suitable size and make up PVC three layered, closed lid, cylindrical shaped, ISI marked water tank of 5000 Ltrs capacity, (of Syntex Company ) mounted on suitable stagging as specified. (iii) One lot of condenser water piping of MS "C" Class piping as per IS1239 from make up tank to cooling tower, from cooling tower to condenser and return complete with fittings, valves, pot/ Y strainers etc.
97(d) Chilled water circulation arrangement comprising of the following :- (i) Two Nos monoblock centrifugal pumpsets of Make: Kirloskar/ Groundfoss/ Mather & Platt / Crompton /Beacon of suitable capacity not less than 2 HP for circulating chilled water alongwith necessary valves in suction and delevery line each of 100% capacity (01 Nos working and 01 Nos Standby) and suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 cycles, 415 volts AC supply, along with one number pressure gauge in each pump set of suitable capacity including suitable foundation with neoprene rubber antivibration ribbed pads all as specified.
98(ii) Chilled water piping:- (a) A lot of MS "c" class piping, ISI marked pipe of make Tata, Jindal with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, reducers, tess suports, flow indicators etc of suitable sizes as per site requirement to maintain the continuous and constant flow of chilled water from chiller unit to AHUs so that designed conditions can be met. The chilled water pipe line network shall be laid under ground , above groung , floor, roof, a long wall etc. chilled water pipe line shall be insulated with FM approved highly flexible, closed cell thermal insulation of elestomeric nitrile rubber of not less than 25 mm thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with and including applying bitumenous compound of Make : Tata , Jindal for piping and Armacell, K-flex, aroflix for insulation with protecting covering of 27 gauge aluminium claddingand supporting piping connections, valves, fittings etc to avoid the heatloss Bidder shall ensure the quality of line insulated and adhequate insulation be provided so that chilled water temperature of 8-9 degree celcius can be maintained at AHU inlet point (b) A lot of butter fly valve, gate valve, sluice valve in chilled piping network to maintain required flow in each branch line as per approved layout diagram.
99(iii) Condensate water drain piping with GI pipe-B class conforming to IS:1239 of suitable size including all fittings like anchor fasteners, couplings, bends, elbows, tees, thrust, blocks, wooden blocks, flanges, welding as required including insulation as specified. (iv) Chilled water make up ISI marked, three layered, closed lid, cylindrical shaped tank of syntex company having capacity 200 ltrs and thermally insulated with FM approved highly flexible, closed cell thermal insulation of elestomeric nitrile rubber of not less than 25 mm thickness laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim along with adhesives of Make : Tata , Jindal for piping and Armacell, K-flex, aroflix for insulation with protecting covering of 27 gauge aluminium cladding and supporting piping connections, valves, fittings etc all as directed and specified.
100(e) Two Nos Air handling unit of Make: Edgetech/ Zeco/ Citizen/ BTS with not less than Approx 5000 dehumidified air CFM ,static pressur 50mm WG suitable capacity with chiller unit of sectionalised construction, factory made double skinned six row deep cooling coil and 50 mm TSP complete with all accessories controls etc as per OEM specifications and comprising :- (HTL 8 and HTL 9) (i) Cooling coils of copper tube with aluminium fins. (ii) Prefilter, plenum and fire dampers in the supply air duct. (iii) Heating Kits, strip type of min capacity 8 KW arranged in banks to serve as relative humidity control of conditioned space including providing switchgears, accessories, measuring devices, etc all as specified and directed complete with controls. (iv) Blowers for AHU complete with suitable electric motor, TEFC squiral cage induction motors for operation on 415 Volt, 3 phase, AC supply, with V Belt and belts guard. (v) Insulation of AHUs all as specified
101(vi) 01 Lot of air distribution system comprising of supply air ducts from AHU to all conditioned space and return air duct as per site requirement from conditioned space to AHU"s etc including providing insulation to avoide condensation and effective designed condition in air conditioned space of all building including interconnectors as required from AHU to the conditioned space comprising of class VIII galvanised sheet with suitable supporting arrangements and bracing, supply / return/ fresh air grilles on sheet metal frame work duly painted /finished to match with the exisiting ceiling. Fire dampers operated with fusiable link shall be provided. NOTE:The AC Duct drawing shall be produced for approval of Accepting Officer before fabrication of AC Duct work.
102Any other connected work not mentioned above but considered necessary for maintaining the designed conditions of all buildings successful installation, commissioning and operation and efficient performance of the plant are deemed to be included into scope of work and quoted rates. By pass valve shall be provided with each AHU to by pass the chilled water circulation on attaining the desired temperature in the conditioned space Masonary work connected with the installation of plant, excavation for laying of pipe line, foundation for cooling tower and other equipments, cutting holes and making good the same etc., Controls and instruments such as thermostats, humidistats, airstats solenoid valves etc for fully automatic operation of the plant.
103(f) AHU Control panel - Two Nos cubical wall mounted, indoor LT panel, dust and vermin proof factory fabricated, CPRI approved make, made out of not less than 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and powder coated protection class IP-52 suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 Hz, 415 volts, including internal wiring with 1100 volts grade single core, PVC insulated, FRLS, multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable current carrying capacity complete and comprising of the following accessories :- (HTL 8 and HTL 9) (i) One set ofAmps rated copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts mounted on PVC/ hygroscopic insulators and PVC colour coded Sleeves of R,Y, B and green colour complete arranged in separate compartment. -01 set. (ii) Incoming MCCB, 4P, 40 Amps, 16 KA at 415 Volts - 01 No (iii) Outgoing MCCB, TP, 16 Amps, 16 KA, 415 volts with suitable starter- 01 Nos (For heater bank) (iv) Outgoing MCCB, TP, 16 Amps, 16 KA, 415 Volts with suitable starter - 01 No (For AHU motor) (v) LED Phase indicating lamps RYB - 01 Set for each outgoing and incoming connection. (vi) Digital type Ammeter with selector swtich and CT coils of suitable capacity - 02 Nos ( One mumber to complete load and another to share heater bank load). (vii) Single phase preventor for motors. (viii) Digital type voltmeter 0-500 Volts flush type with selector switch of suitable capacity.
104(g) Main Control Panel : Each Job- 01 No Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning, cubical, floor mounted, indoor, LT panel, protection class IP-52, CPRI approved make dust and vermin proof made out of not less than 2mm thick CRCA sheet and 50X50X6 mm angle iron frame, powder coated, suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 Hz, 415 volts, including internal wiring with 1100 volts grade single core, PVC insulated, FRLS, multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable current carrying capacity complete and comprising of the following accessories :-
105(i) One set of suitable rated copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts system mounted on PVC/ hygroscopic insulators and PVC colour coaded sleeves of R, Y, B and green colour, complete arranged in seperate compartment - 01 Set (ii) Incoming MCCB 125 Amps 415 volts 16 KA with micro process release-01 No (iii) Outgoing, MCCB TP, 32 Amps, 16 kA at 415 Volts with thermal magnectic release and adjustable overload (70 % to 100 %) - 02 No (For Compressor) (iv) Outgoing MCCB TP, 6 Amps, 16 kA at 415 Volts with thermal magnetic release and adjustable overload (70% to 100 %) -05 Nos (For CT Fan motor and condenser pumps, chiller pumps). 106NOTE : - (i) Main LT pannel shall be installed in AC plant Room. (ii) AHU & Main LT panel The MCCB above 63 amp rating tobe provide with microprocessers based adjustable thermal & magantic releases. (iii) The provision of inter lockin wiring between compressor motor, condenser pump, AHU, cooling tower, chiller pumps, thermostats, solenoid switch shall be provided. (iv) The electric connections from main LT pannel to each devices such as motors, AHU, compressor etc shall be proviced by XLPE insulated, multistranded , 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable of adequate sizes. The cables shall run over the cable tray made of GI sheet of not less than 1.6 mm thick provided with fasteners, hangers etc as per the engr-in-charge directions . (v) LT pannel shall be compartmentalised comprising of cable gallaries, busbar chamber, compartment for each MCCB/MCB/ Starter etc duly marked with connected machineries etc. (i) Any civil work involved in installation of panel board deemed to be included in item rate. (ii) Engineer- in- Charge shall ensure that panel shall be manufactured as per approved drawing only. Contractor shall arrange inspection for panel at factory premises before dispatch. The inspection shall be carried out by the nominated representative of Accepting Officer. (iii) The contractor shall submit the constructional / general arrangement drawing for approval of GE
107(h) Digital temperature and RH measuring sensor and RH & temperature control shall be installed in AHU room and in rooms where AC is provisioned as marked in drawing No 5/2017/11 sheet No 1/2 . The RH and temperature control shall ensure fully automatic operation of compressors and loading / undloading. The entire system shall be of Make : Honeywell / Forbes Marshal. The LCD display panel showing Temperature and Humiditywith control wiring and switches of all buildings shall be installed in AC Plant room.
108(j) M & L for earthing complete, with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI Strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate), having outer dimensions 60 cm X 60 cm X 60 cm and internal dimensions 30 cm X 30 cm X 30 cm, "mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with an including 10 mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangment with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection form electrode to Test Point/ Pannels/ accessories in & including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical " Plate No 3" and connected and indicated including testing on completion- Each -6 ( Location : AC Plant) Notes for Earthing: (i) GI strip and necessary Gi protection pipe upto Equipment and rate for the same is deemed to be included in unit rate of lumpsum of AC plants. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returning & filling, PCC chamber, pit, RCC Cover & test point. (iii) Earth pit shall be provided atleast 500mm away from the earth pit.
109(k) M & L for water softening plant (FRP body) of feed flow rate 1.2 cubic meter/hr to remove the imparting impurities from water , hardness of water is effectively reduced by exchanging the sodium ions.
