Tender for Bare Zincalume trapezoidal profile roof sheet of 0.45mm base metal thickness (0.51TCT) pf 935mm 980mm effective cover width, with minimum 8 major corrugation, of 24mm 30mm gigh rib spaced at 93.5mm or more c/c. The end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The feed material shall be of 0.45mm BMT. (0.51mmTCT ZINCALUME) steel-high tensile with min 550MPa yield strength, metallic hot dipped coated with ALZa alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc; 1.5% si) as per AS1397/IS15961- ZINCALUME AZ 200 (min 200g/m2 total on both sides) of steel make having the licence of Bethlehen International Engineering Corporation(BIEC). (as per technical specification) OR Aliminium profile industrial sheet made from primary producer alloy 31500B, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS 2676. The Sheet shall be made of 0.71mm thick, the profile detail width 1044 cover width 1000mm OR Non Asbestos Corrugated cement roofing sheet (NATURAL GREY) 6mm thich, 1050mm width & of varying lengths containg organic and/or inorganic synthetic fibers, Material should be asbestos free and eco friendly. Product should confirm IS 14871:2000 having profile matching to roof sheet conforming to IS: 459 Supply of Ridge cap (plain) customized as per design up to 600mm with same steel specification as in blues cope steel bare AZ 200 Zincalume trapezoidal profile sheet of 930-980mm with supply width of 922 mm of 0.45mm base metal thickness (0.51mm TCT) with mm 550 MPA
