Tender For Waterproofing Treatment Over The Roof At Ecil Tirupai Unit, Andhra Pradesh. 1 1.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 2.1 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 3 3 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge. 4 4.1 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 5 5.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 6 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 7 7.1 Providing & applying seamless acrylic based chemical waterproofing system with minimum 1mm DFT (dry film thickness excluding reinforcing membrane thickness), including surface preparation as per general notes, primer coat, reinforcing membrane and multiple layers of chemical coat, removing the existing damaged waterproofing treatment, if any, disposing of debris up-to 1.0 KM etc., complete and as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge using any of the following waterproofing systems. Note: Overall waterproofing chemical consumption including primer coating shall be 1.6(+/- 5%) litre/sqm over horizontal surface and 1 litre/sqm over vertical surface. 1) Smartcare Damp proof of M/s Asian Paints 2) Dr.Fixit Newcoat of M/s Pidilite 3) Brushbond roof guard of M/s Fosroc. 4) ShaliCryl LM H1 of M/s STP Limited all conforming to the following technical requirements Chemical properties: As per manufacturer specification. Physical Properties: Tensile strength @ 14 days : 0.5 N/mm2 to 1.0 N/mm2 Elongation:100% minimum UV Resistant: Continuous 500 hrs (min) as per ASTMD 4587 Over terrace slab, top of water tank and parapet etc., at all levels 8 8 Providing, casting and fixing cement concrete blocks of 300mm x300mmx400mm (or other required size) of 1:1.5:3 prop. for providing supports to the water supply lines including bedding mortar, form work etc., complete and as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 9 Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations / floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using SBR polymer or equivalent approved & comprising the following operations NOTE: The detailed scope of work is attached in the document. Please quote as per the detailed scope of work. 10 10 Providing and applying shrinkage crack filler of Dr.Fixit crack X paste or other equivalent material including opening the loose part of the existing crack,making the same in V-shape in required depth & width, cleaning the groove by removing dust, oil, grass, loose particals etc., press the crack filler into the crack one time only with a spatula or putty knite and level the surface etc., complete as per the manufacturer s specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 11.1 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter 12 12.1.1 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Single tee with door 110x110x110 mm 13 12.2.1 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.
