1Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Taking down earthing strips incl insulators from roof for treatment and re-fixing of same with existing specification in the same position after laid APP membrance including replacement of broken insulators, PVC rawl plus and screws etc., are deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work. (iii) APP work shall be carried out on RCC BENT roof at 15-18m height (non accessible roof).
2Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) roof or chajja padding of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
3Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope same like as in chajjas, balconies, canopies, desk slabs and in shelves and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
4Material and labour for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A layer of 4mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 4.80 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
5Material and labour for polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
6Material and labour for applying two coats bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint @ 0.10 kg/ sqm over two coats of primer on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
7Material and labour for ready mix plaster 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on roof top/ concrete surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC will be paid and measured separately.
8Supply only liquid water proofing compound as pedicrete URP mix with cement concrete/ cement plaster as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
9Dismantling AC (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
10Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheet in roof fixed with "L" or "J" type hook or crank bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
11Supply and fix for AC two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated sheets in roof coverings, fixed witth "L" or "J" hook complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
12Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
13Supply and fix for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
14Supply and fix for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
15Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each but with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
16All as per item No.15 here-in-before but not exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
17Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but not exc 2 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
18Supply and fix for second class hard wood plain solid, straight, chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered or ornamental type put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
19Material and labour for second class hardwood 30mm thickness plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers; supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
20Material and labour for second class hardwood 35mm thickness, glazed and skeleton door shutters as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
21Material and labour for second class hardwood 30mm thickness, glazed and skeleton windows, ventilators, etc., are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part I, section 8 clause 8.24(b), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
22Supply and fix for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm wood grains printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and edges painted to match with printed sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
23Supply and fix for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (styled) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC, "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck in side with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet bedding and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
24Supply and fix for aluminium door/window/ventilator/partition, made out of extruded powder coated aluminium sections, with sliding or openable shutters including frame and necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc; complete and also including powder coated aluminium fittings such as cobra hinges, butt hinges, tower bolts, hooks and eyes, peg stays and handles including connected items, with and including rubber beading for 4 or 5mm thick glass, making good to the disturbed portion with its original specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
25Material and labour for 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, pre-laminated on both side with decorative choice laminations fixed between aluminium section with and including snap fitting aluminium clips of polyester powder coated along with the glass with rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
26Supply and fix for concealed star lock powder coated for aluminium window fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
27Material and labour for 4mm thick plain glass sheets ordinary quality in any size, each pane fixed with rubber beading or oil putty for windows /doors /partition etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

36Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
37Material and labour for petty repairs to taking down steel/wood window/ventilator frame with shutters, repairing, tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustment of tower bolts sliding bolt etc, replacement of minors such as screws, clamps, cleats etc and refixing in the same opening (no extra payment will be paid for external window shutters of upto 10th floor) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
38Material and labour for petty repairs to taking down wooden/PVC doorshutters, repairing, tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustment of tower bolts sliding bolt etc, replacement of minor items such as screws, cleats, clamps etc and refixing on the same opening (no extra payment will be paid for welding of new hinges on steel chowkat frame) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
39Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
40Material and labour for green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
41Material and labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with gray cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
42Material and labour for 20-22mm thick machine cut kota stone sin riser of steps, skirting, dado, and pillar laid over cement mortar 10mm thick 1:4 and jointed with with gray cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
43Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
44Material an labour for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 Grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
45Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings, post of angle iron etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
46Supply and fix for framed work in doors or gates (oranamental) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, holdfast etc., of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete drill for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, etc to be prepared by hanging and sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running, rails & guide) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
47Material and labour for mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
48Material and labour for painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces including prepration applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
49Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
50Material and labour for joint free coloured non skid coloured ceramic tiles in patches matching with existing tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
51Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour designer concept glazed ceramic tiles in patches matching with existing tile 200x300x7mm or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
52Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level (unreinforced) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
53Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Notes: (i) Work will be strictly executed by mechinised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services. (ii) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.
71Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of camouflage pattern over one coat of primer on wall/roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Work will be strictly executed by mechinised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services.
72Supply and fix for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, in horizontal support for chain link straining of fencing including cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
73Supply and fix for mild steel screw bolts 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other ends dia of shank 5 to 10mm and length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
74Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
75Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
76Supply and fix for mild steel security chain link fencing 60x60mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 3mm dia MS wire and 1mm thick PVC coating throughout fixed to RCC post including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
77Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated steel surface of any decription over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
78Material and labour for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any decription over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
79Supply and fix for double side writing informatory stainless steel reflecting sign boards size 4"x3" having with aluminium sheet base of 2mm thickness having retro reflective tape base and front colour and matter of sign board will be furnished by Engr-in-charge. The frame of sign board shall be 2"" outer dia square/ circular stainless steel 304 SS grade pipe and having two legs of stainless steel square pipe 9" long Each of 2"" outer dia square pipe the board shall be grouted in PCC work of size 350x350x450mm including taking down of existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
80Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in flooring, ramp, surfaced even and fair without using extra cement complete with metallic floor hardener @3 % by weight of complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Metallic floor hardener shall be measured and paid separately.
81Supply only metallic floor hardener complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. General Note: Sand grading zone-II either river sand shall be used in plaster work, PCC work and roof padding etc., and confirming to IS-383:2016. It should have the finest modulus 2.5 to 3.5 and silt contents should not be more than 4%.(Gujrat Sand shall be used in the same).
