    Tender For Term Contract For Artificial Work At Saa Area Under Ge ( S ) Tezpur; To Perform Term Contract Services And Execute Such Works Upon The Items And Condition Contained Or Referred To In The Aforesaid Documents And Upon The Conditions Here-In-After Contained As May Be Demanded And As Are Enumerated In The Aforesaid Mes Schedule Of Rate 2009 Part-I ( Specifications ) Together With Amendments No 1 To 3 And 2020 Part-Ii ( Rates ) Together With Amendments No 1 To 122 And General Conditions Of Contracts ( Iafw-2249 ) Together With Errata 1 To 20 And Amendment No 1 To 49 Forming Part Of Tender Documents At The Rates Contained In The Aforesaid Mes Schedule During The Period Of 365 Days From The Date Of Acceptance Of Tender.Note:- ( I ) Tenderer Shall Insert The Percentage At The 5Th Row.The Actual Amount Of Contract Would Be Rs. 30 Lakhs ( Max ) .The Contractors May Fill The % Intended To Quote Over Ssr Ratesby Selecting The Option Excess ( + ) Or Less ( - ) To Quote The Percentage Above / Below The Ssr. Ii ) The Total / Cumulative Amount Of Work Order Shall Not Be Exceed The Amount Given In Nit ( Rs. 30 Lakhs ) And Not To Be Considered The Quoted Amount Reflected In Boq. Being Term Contract, Work Is Priced At Rates Given In Ssr 2020
