    Replacement Of Damaged Parts Of 4000 Gph X 300 Mtr Head Hc Pump Of Wss Pumping Station Parnote Stage- 0.- 1 Replacement of damaged parts of 4000 GPH x 300 mtr head HC pump of WSS pumping station parnote stage- 0. The job includes disconnecting of incomingelectric supply, decoupling of pump and motor, unfastening the pump from the base frame, suction and delivery network, shifting/carriage of pump from pumping station toworkshop for repairsusing tools and tackles, manual labour and mechanical transport. Dismantling the pump and extraction of internal assembly at workshop. Job includes repair to pump shaft by remetalling, turning and finishing to the original bearing size including key way cutting. Providing, fabrication and fitting of new impeller-5no, diffuser- 5no, neck rings- 5no, diffuser bushes -5no, impeller bushes- 5no, protection sleeves-2no, bearing brackets- 2no, gland plates with studs- 4no each on NDE & DE, new bearings- 2nos 6306 on NDE & DE. The job also includes repairs to impeller – 4no, including greasing and gland packing work. Assembling the pump and shifting back to site of installation. Job also includes providing and fitting of new bearing 01 no (as per sample) in place of damaged bearing on NDE side of motor at site. Lowering the pump with help of tools and tackles on base frame making alignment and levelling, securing with fastners including Providing/fitting of new coupling pulley, coupling bolts, nuts and bushes etc. and making electrical connections. Testing the pump on no load and full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro manual carriage charges hire charges of tools and tackles, transportation charges etc.
