Checking, Cleaning And Upkeeping Of Stretcher And Resuscitators. 12 Cleaning, Servicing And Upkeeping Of All Deludge Valves. Job Include Cleaning, Lubricating Deluge Valves, Checking Its Setting And Testing On Monthly Basis With Maintaining Record As Per Check List. 13 Hydrant Water Line Flushing With Maintaining Record As Per Check List. 14 Cleaning, Servicing And Upkeeping Of All Fire Water Gate Valves. The Job Includes Replacement Of Landing Valves If Necessary With Maintaining Record As Per Check List. 15 Flushing Of All Hydrants And Monitors With Maintaining Record As Per Check List. 16 Assistance In Connection And Disconnection Of Loading Arms With Tt. Job Include Assistance In Proper Connection And Making The Line For Loading In Both A And B Shift . Assistance In Water Draining As Instructed By Ioc Officer. Job Include Cleaning And Upkeeping Of All The Valves, Swivel Joints Associated In Plt & Tlf Operation. 17 Making Line For Plt , Bulk Loadingand Bottling In Pump House / Horton Sphere As Directed By Officer Andpump House Operation In All A , B & C Shift. 18 Checking And Arresting Any Flange & Valve Gland Leakage From Water Line To Ensure Fire Water System Is In Auto, Taking Regular Round Of The Plant And Reporting Deviation To Emergency Shift In Charge During Night Shift And Off Shifts. 19 Shut Down Of Sprinkler System Due To Electrical Maintenance Job. Job Include Isolation Of All Deludge Valves And Resetting Of All Deludge Valves After Shutdown. ( Assumed To Be 02 Times Maximum In A Month ) . 20 Cleaning Of Strainer On Quarterly Basis. Job Include Closing Isolation Valves, Opening The Strainer, Cleaning The Strainer And Refixing The Same. Writing Cleaning Date And Due Date Of Same With Maintaining Record As Per Check List. Strainer Of All Fire Engines, Jockey Pump And Deluge Valves 21 Refilling Of All Used 09 Kg Dcp Fire Extinguishers. Job Included Refilling Of 09 Kg Dcp Powder And Replacement Of Co2 Cartridge With Maintaining Record As Per Check List. 22 Refilling Of All Used 75 Kg Dcp Fire Extinguishers. Job Includes Refilling Of Dcp Powder And Replacement Of 2 Kg Co2 Cartridge With Maintaining Record As Per Check List. 23 Checking, Cleaning And Ensuring 15M / 05M - Lpg Hoses Are Available In Erv With Maintaining Record As Per Check List. 24 Round The Clock Operation Of Erv Positioning Erv At Accident Spot Considering 48 Hours Extra Duty For An Incident Of 03 Days. 25 Positioning Of Trained Driverwith Heavy Goods License As Per Plant Requirement. Maintenance Of Emergency Response Vehicle Such As Air Pressure , Tyre Puncture, Daily Start And Function Check Etc. 4	Checking, cleaning, make approachable & Servicing of Hand Sirens. Job include physical cleaning, lubricating, ensuring its working condition with maintaining record as per check list. (All hand siren)
5	Checking physical condition make approchable, cleaning of Manual Call Points. Checking working of Manual call points on sundays and as required with maintaining record as per check list. ( All MCP)
6	Checking, cleaning of All Fire Pumps &Jockey Pumps. Job includes operation in all three shift and daily checking pump"s working condition, checking for adequate water level in water tank, checking of any water leakage from pipeline and fuel leakage from fuel line, checking of any gland leakage and servicing of pump for any gland leakage with maintaining record as per check list.
7	Checking, cleaning of All Fire Engine and cleaning of HSD tank tube gauge. Job include checking the working of Fire Engine as per SOP and reporting any deviation.
8	Checking, cleaning and servicing of all Security air compressors. Job include checking of proper functioning of security air compressors, oil level, draining, functioning of its parts like pressure guage with maintaining record as per check list.
9	Checking, cleaning, make approachable and maintaining working of all 09 Kg. DCP fire Extinguishers and 75 Kg DCP fire Extinguishers. Job include proper placement of DCP fire extinguishers, checking its nozzle, hoses and safety clip with maintaining record as per check list.
10	Maintaining Safety Store in good conditon. Keeping all the items in orderly manner and taking inventory of safety items every month.
11	Checking, cleaning and ensuring SCABA and spare cylinder is in working condition. Cleaning and proper up keeping of fire proximity suit, low temperature suit and water gel blanket. Regular maintenance of wind socks . Checking, cleaning and maintaining sand buckets. Checking and up keeping of fire trolley and its contents and placement of fire trolley in case of its requirement. Checking, cleaning and upkeeping of stretcher and resuscitators.
12	Cleaning, servicing and upkeeping of all deludge valves. Job include cleaning, lubricating deluge valves, checking its setting and testing on monthly basis with maintaining record as per check list.
13	Hydrant Water line flushing with maintaining record as per check list.
14	Cleaning, servicing and upkeeping of all FIRE WATER gate valves. The job includes replacement of landing valves if necessary with maintaining record as per check list.
15	Flushing of all hydrants and monitors with maintaining record as per check list.
16	Assistance in connection and disconnection of loading arms with TT. Job include assistance in proper connection and making the line for loading in both A and B Shift . Assistance in water draining as instructed by IOC Officer. Job include Cleaning and upkeeping of all the valves, swivel joints associated in PLT & TLF operation.
17	Making line for PLT , Bulk loadingand Bottling in pump house/Horton sphere as directed by Officer andpump house operation in all A ,B & C shift.
18	Checking and arresting any Flange & valve gland leakage from water line to ensure Fire Water System is in auto, taking regular round of the plant and reporting deviation to emergency shift In Charge during night shift and off shifts.
19	Shut down of Sprinkler system due to electrical maintenance job. Job include isolation of all deludge valves and resetting of all deludge valves after shutdown. (Assumed to be 02 times maximum in a month).
20	Cleaning of Strainer on Quarterly Basis. Job include closing isolation valves, opening the strainer, cleaning the strainer and refixing the same. Writing Cleaning date and due date of same with maintaining record as per check list. Strainer of all Fire Engines,Jockey pump and deluge valves
21	Refilling of all used 09 Kg DCP fire Extinguishers. Job included refilling of 09 Kg DCP powder and replacement of CO2 cartridge with maintaining record as per check list.
22	Refilling of all used 75 kg DCP fire Extinguishers. Job includes refilling of DCP powder and replacement of 2 Kg CO2 cartridge with maintaining record as per check list.
23	Checking, cleaning and ensuring 15M/05M - LPG hoses are available in ERV with maintaining record as per check list.
24	Round the clock operation of ERV positioning ERV at accident spot considering 48 hours extra duty for an incident of 03 days.
25	Positioning of trained driverwith heavy goods license as per plant requirement. Maintenance of Emergency Response Vehicle such as air pressure ,tyre puncture,daily start and function check etc. Major overhauling and yearly maintenance is in IOCL scope.
26	Hydrotest of Fire hoses in 6 months
27	HSD Tank Cleaning of Fire Engines once in six month and record to be maintained.
28	Maintenance of Fire Water Tank : job include 1) checking of tank level gauge for proper working,2) Checking of wire mesh of neck of the tank.3) checking the condition of Fire water tank foundation bolt.
29	Sprinkler checking & nozzles cleaning and keeping necessary record as per IOC format and cleaning of LPG loading line for jamming when needed. if scaffolding required for the cleaning of sprinkler nozzles,payment for the same shall be provided separately.
30	Checking & assistance in trouble shooting of all ROV"S.
31	GMS: Monthly checking of all GMS & keeping record. Assistance with OEM representative during quarterly checking & calibration.
32	Operation of TLF, Product Pump House and PLT on Sunday as per requirement of IOCL and directive from EIC
33	Operation of only PLT on Sunday as per requirement of IOCL and directive from EIC
34	Operation of TLF, Product Pump House and PLT on IOCL Holidays as per requirement of IOCL and directive from EIC
35	Operation of only PLT on IOCL Holidays as per requirement of IOCL and directive from EIC
