3Note 1- The system shall be capable of continous, round the clock operation 2- The fire alarm panel shall have large size touch screen display which will provide details user information and also acts as a multifunction keypad. 3- The CMS should provide CPU and loop card compatible with sensors devices and detectors. It shall make use of very high reliable technology and components and shall be easy to maintain. 4- All the existing system components and devices are connected to two-wired loop circuits ( Class A ) with each detector and device having its own individual built-in isolator. 5- The system shall have facility for onsite system configuration, whereby the authorised user can disable /energy any detector or device directly from panel. 6-The system shall be highly reliable and lowest posssible false alarm probability. 7- The system shall be fail-proof against malfunctioning due to power supply fluctuations, radiated and conducted EMI, vibrations and variations of temperature and humidity encountered in typical industrial plant.
4Supply and fix Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination as per IS: 11360 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
5Supply and fix Addressable type heat detector with base with rate of rise cum fixed temperature as per IS: 2175 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
6Supply and fix Addressable manual call point resettable type all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
7Supply and fix Addressable electronic sounder cum strobe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
8Supply and fix Remote response indicators all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
9Supply & Fix in repairs short circuit isolators complete all as specified and directed
10Material and labour of 2 Core 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper armoured cable including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11Supply & Fix in repairs "Fire Alarm Sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal two stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of +5 DB 3500 mtrs range all as specified & directed.
12Supply & Fix addressable control module complete all as specified and directed.
13Material and labourfor earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 meter below ground level connected to but using GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means ofbolts, nuts and washers check nuts of steel GI welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including necessaryexcavation, earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to an including the earth test point of GI/steel of size 75x75x25 mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt , PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm gradedaggregate) chamber and 40 x 40 x 3mm mild steel angle iron frame and RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 (using 20mm gradedaggregate) , reinforced with 6mm dia bars at 75 mm C/C both ways with 12 mm dia round bar MS handle PGI funnel and wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for for watering all as shown in plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 2009,and connected to earth test point including testingcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.
14Excavation in trenchnot exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5m forlaying of LT under ground cables/GI pipesgetting out as in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
15Returing & filling in trench spreading ,leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm deep as in deep as in soil complete all as specified and directed.
16Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtrs and deposting where directed at a leve n.exc 1.5 mtrs above starting point as in soil complete all as specifed and directed.
17M&Lfor point wiring for 5 Amp socket on independent board complete with 1.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated,unsheathed 1100 volts agrade cable with stranded copper conductor FRLS grade conforming to IS-694 part II with ISI mark FRLS grade drawn through and including suitable size Stove enamelled steelconduit with all accessories, including suitable size sunkpresses steel or cast iron terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed flush with wall surface by means of brass screw and sunk cup washers for mounting of switches, sockets including providing 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
18Ditto as per item no 16 but with cables 2.5 sq. mm size for 15 Amp socket on independent socket all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
19Supply and fix switch socket combination2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Ampsflush type,ISI marked,all as specified and directed.
20Supply and fix switch socket combination3 pin16 Amp, 5 in 1flush type, ISI marked,all as specified and directed.
21Supply and lay GI tubing , "light grade" of size 25 mm with all fittings as in cable protection , laid in trenches all as speciefied and directed by Engr-in- charge.
