| 5 | Cleaning all filters of AHUs (Indoor units) alongwith its out door unit condensing coil of COD Adm Bldg, EDW,P-3 shed, medical store and medical ward, cleaning the filters with the help of blower & water pressure pump, suitable cleaning materials and washing with clean water to remove the complete dust particles and refixing the same to its original position including checking of tightness of all the nuts & bolts of out door units and combing of bend fins of out door units complete all as specified and directed. Note: All filters and outdoor units shall be cleaned fortnightly basis upto completion of the work. |

Note:- Refrigerant gas (M-22) and compressor oil shall be measured and paid saperatly under respactive item herein after. |
