This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
5	15 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) in sunken floor including vertical surfaces.
6	Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in floor.
7	Providing and laying of ceramic glazed wall tiles of approved makein all colours of any size in walls/skirting over 12 mm thick bed ofCM (1:3) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm incl pointing the joints with white cement complete.
8	Providing and laying non skid ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours and shades except white, Ivory, Grey laid on 20mm thickCM 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand), incl grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments. etc. complete.
9	Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
10	Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 600 x 600mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Site - In- Charge. .
11	Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 600mmx600mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Site - In- Charge.
12	Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade incl rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.
13	Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.
14	Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead etc. complete with CM 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
15	Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.
16	Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer"s specificationon on Old work (one or more coats) incl preparation of old surface by removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete on Walls.
17	Providing and finishing with two or more coats on new work applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm with Acrylic smooth exterior paintof required shadeincluding priming coat of exterior primer applied & 2.20kg/10sqm.
18	Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on Old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface, including removing of old water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.
19	Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
20	Providing and Painting one or more coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
21	Half brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in plinth level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
22	Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
23	Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates including centering and shuttering etccomplete in drain.
24	Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.
25	Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows, doors and ventilators with MS flat 15x3mm and nuts & bolts completeof 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 aperture on both sides.
26	Renewing glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty of Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.

28	Providing and fixing 35mm thick factory made laminated flush door shutters decorative type, core of block boards construction with frame of 1st class hard wood including stainless steel butt hinges with screws etc complete.
29	Providing and fixing 35mm thick of Second class teak wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws
30	Providing and fixing to existing door frames of 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm x 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures.
