1Part -IHouse Keeping and Maintenance of Lawns & Gardens work:- Collecting house garbage from Nizampura HWP colonydaily except Sunday and scheduled holidays) from all single/multistoried houses for both the colonies, removing all unwanted plants from walls, drains and other places upto 10 M height and from the premises including sweeping approach paths, cycle/scooter /car shed daily, sweeping of stair case daily and removing cobwebs once in a month and disposing of all the garbage daily in BMC"s authorised dustbin/garbage pit, etc. Complete and as directed by the Engineer.
2Sweeping daily for Nizampura HWP colony roads and all adjoining open spaces, pavements, open drains, cattle traps, open spaces upto wall of houses, with mechanically operated sweeping equipment keeping area neat and clean including cutting of wild growth at road berms and open spaces, correcting the levels of berms with spade, disposing daily the collected rubbish outside the colony premises in the authorised pits including cost of tools, tackles, hand cart, etc. completeand as directed by the Engineer.
3Collecting garbabge daily from public buildings as follows including cleaning i.e. sweeping and mopping all the rooms, hall kitchen open verandah and launge etc. cleaning Toilets dailyincluding removing dust from furniture and disposing off rubbish/garbage to the authorised dumping etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
4Guest House at Nizampura colony.
5CHSS Dispensary Seminar Hall, Health Centre pump house and security room at Nizampura Colony
6Cleaning sewer lines, man holes, etc. by roading and removing muck stone, roots of trees, etlc. And disposing of the waste in the authorised dumping pits, etc. complete and as direcgted by the Engineer.
7Cleaning entire terraces and window hoods of the houses/blocks and public building for Nizampura HWP housing Colony including cleaning dry leaf and disposing of the garbage in nearby dumping area by using laddrs and other tools and tackles, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
8Dechocking of kitchen sink, washbasin, nahani traps, WC, gully traps and making it functional by using all tools and tackles, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
9Cleaning of water storage tanks at NizampuraColony including scrubbing of walls and base with coir brush, cleaning with fresh water, removing silt, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.(Three times in a year).

12Providing and spreading LANDEN/HEXIN pesticide powder in 25 kg. packing on wet areas during Monsoon along drainage ducts, stagnant water, etc. as and when required, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
13Removing all the garbage from the garbage pit at Nizampura HWP housing Colony and disposing off the colony premises at the risk and cost of the Contractors (Disposal to be done in nactory troley of 3 Cu.M. capacity)
14Watering lawns, flower beds and hedges regularly, moving lawns with lawn mower twice in a month or as directed, digging and loosening of earth in hedge thricea month and cutting and shaping of hedge thrice or as directed in amonth watering trees inside lawn and along roads thrice in a week removing unwanted vegetation, etc. and disposing in authorised dumping pitsfor Block No. 1 and other locations including all inputs of labour, tools, tackles, manure, urea fertilizer, pesticides, etc. complete maintaining in lush green through out the year, etc. complete as directed
15Cutting/trimming as and when required branches of trees upto a required height and shape by taking adequate safety precautions while attending the job, disposing of the rubbish, branches, leafs in authorised dumping area, bigger size branches/stems will be deposited at Heavy Water Colony stores area for both the colonies etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
16Maintenance of old existing tree plantations at Nizampura colony by regular watering, trimming, applying geru chuna, weeding out around the roots, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.(Four times in a year)
17Providing and spreading bleaching powder in 25 kg. packing on wet areas during Monsoon along drainage ducts, stagnant water, etc. as and when required, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
18Providing and supplying of drinking water from Heavy Water Plant site (Baroda)to NizampuraHWP housing colony during short supply of water from Vadodara Municipal Corporation including cost of tractor trolly tanker having capacity of 5000 lit., tanker filling, sealing,dewatering, further quality of water should not be contamaineted by any dust,forein material,ensuring that water tanker should be cleaned surface etc.complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
19Part II :- Minor civil labour jobs :- Making arrangements for attending plumbing/ sanitaryeach day by engaging skilled Plumber at site works like repairing of all colonies building toilets GI lines , CPCV lines ,distribution network ,C.I. lines, making new connections for service water lines , pump operation in A/B shift in coordination withHWP colony staff, maintenance work as and when required basis etc. complete as directed by the Engineer. ( Tools will be arranged by the Contractor.)
20Making arrangements for handling of all house keeping, occupants day to day Mason,Carpentry,& plumbingand sanitation related jobs,recording of attandance,stores consumables etc. registers at Nizampurahousing colony areas in coordination withHWP colony staff by engaging skilled person complete and as directed by the Engineer.
21Making arrangements for attending carpentry works each day by engaging skilled Carpenter at site , work like repairing of door shutter , making of small furnitures, making of board,banner, & its fixing work,repairs of window shutters etc.complete as directed by the Engineer. ( Tools will be arranged by the Contractor.)
22Making arrangements for handling of all house keeping, upkeeping ,supervision, sanitation related jobs, Store related recording of ragisters,stores consumables etc.at Nizampurahousing colony CHSS Dispensary areas in coordination withDoctors,Staff Nurses, HWP CHSS benificiaries, etc.by engaging Semi-skilled person complete and as directed by the Engineer.
23Making arrangements for assisting carpenter mason, plumber, etc. to attend various nature of jobs by deploying unskilled manpower, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer
24Servicing of rolling shutters of garages thrice in a year by opening the top cover, cleaning of all paths thoroughly providing and applying grease to springs, guider, shafts and attending minor repairs if required to ensure smooth operation, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
25Cutting of wild growth, grass, bushes, etc. from ground and road sides with spade at Danteshwar Colony as and when required and disposing the same in authorised dumping area outside colony, etc. complete as directed.
26Providng and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, JK or equivalent of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. complete as per directed by E.I.C.
27Providing and applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces. etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (In any case it will not be permitted to carry out the job without proper metallic scaffolding and platform at height more than 2.5 m)
28Providing and applying one or more coats on old or new surfacesof I quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade to speed breakers, curve stones, wall, doors, windows, etc. including cleaning of all loose scales, filling the uneven surfaces with putty, etc. complete as directed.
29Providing and applying one or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade having high washability and longer duration on walls, columns, ceiling, etc. (on new or old work) to give an even shade including removing loose scales, fungus, water marks, etc. filling of nail holes and depression with putty of J.K. or equivalent make wall putty repairs and preparing surfaces upto the height of 15 mtrs. including scaffolding, cleaning the splashes on doors, floors, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
30Providing and fixing 5 mmthickness of clear float/frosted/Bajara sheet glass wt.not less than 12.5 Kg./Sqm of M/s. Triveni/Shree Vallabh/IAG/Modi guard/ Sint Gobin/laminated sheets or other approved equivalent manufactuer and fixing M.S.frames work (door/window) including fixing M.S channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws, etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
31Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Uplock type) up to 20.00 M height on the exterior side upto a required height as categorised heremade with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m in centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. Tube challies M.S. Clamps and M.S. stair case system in the scaffolding for working platform, etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required durations as approved and removing it thereafter.The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building/structure/vessels/chimney, etc. wherever required for painting/inspection of work at required location preferably during shut down period with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approval of Engineer Incharge.The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffoldingNote:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.
32Supplying and filling in plinth coarse goma sand under floors including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing etc. complete and as directed.
33Providing and laying vitriifed floor / dado tiles in size of tile 500 X 500 approx. in patch work in required places (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) water absorption less than 0.08 % and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make,in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg./Sqm. including skirting grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.
34Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan),W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid , 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with P or S trap, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required etc. complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.
35Providing & fixing approved WHITE Orissa pattern W.C. comprising of Orissa pattern W.C. similar to M/s. Cera Sanitary make model no 2071 or equivalent makewith "P" or "S" trap in white glazed viterous china ware of size 580 mm x 440 mm conformig to IS 7231, includingthe 10 Litr low level white P.V.C. flushing cistenM/s. Cera Sanitary make model no 2602P "Ciena Premium" or equivalent make including the cost of flush pipe removing the existing damaged/broken and making good the surrounding with cement mortar/concrete to the existing finish & disposing of debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.
36Supplying & fixing 30mm thick factory made FRP (FIBRE REINFORCED PLASTIC) flush finish door shutter generally conforming to I S 14856-2000 manufactured by M/s Fibroplast or other equivalent approved make of approved colour & shade and solid wooden core, all rails & styles shall be filled with pine/hard wood including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100mm Al. Bow handles including providing a vision panel opening of size 400mm x 300mm with necessary arrangement i.e. necessary T.W. BEADING for fixing glass louvers in the opening all as per specification and as directed b Engineer-in-Charge.Note: -1) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 2)The flush type door will have wooden top, bottom, lock, rails, vertical styles and the core filled with pine/hard wood and the faces will be covered with 3 mm thick commercial plywood on both faces and then covering with 2 mm thick FRP on all faces.3) The sizes shall be approximately 650mm x 2000mm, however exact dimentions shall be measured at site before manufacturing. 4) Glass louvers shall be paid under separate item.5) In addition to approved makes as mentioned in Page 196 of "Specification for Civil Works 2009", may add M/s. Siddhartha Doors, Futura Doors Pune.
37Providing ,fixingand grouting of ISMC 100 chanel of 3m length confirming to IS 2062 of approved manufacturer & welded with 16mm dia.plane rod hook, two numbers hold fast 16 mm dia rod on each sides as per attached drawing for ceiling fan tieup including cost of making of 250 X 250 mm holes on Brick masonary wall, grouting by 1:1.5:3 mortor( 1 Part Cement : 1.5 part fine sand : 3 coarse aggregate of size 6mm stone grit) repairing of 6 mm thick neat finish plaster C.M. 1:3 and one coat of cement primer and two coats of matching to existing surface two or more coats plastic emulsion paint, and including cost providing and applying on structrural steel surface one coat of suitable base primer and two coats of epoxy paint , including cost of all material labours, tools and tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, etc. complete as direceted by E.I.C.
38Repairing and maintenance proper alignment, openable, locking arrangement of Secuity existing structural steel Main gate of Size 3.330 X 2.940 Mtr in two parts including cost of providing ,fixingISMC 100 MM two nos. box columns of height 0.60 Mtr.(Approx.) with two nos. of tie 25 mm dia plain rod having 4.00 Mtr (approx.) length diagonally with apropriate nut bolts arragement and including cost of existing hinges repairing or replacement if require including cost of power hydra or crane for lifting of gate if any and also providing and applying on structrural steel gate surface one coat of suitable base primer and two coats of epoxy paint , including cost of all material labours, tools and tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, etc. complete as direceted by E.I.C.
39Repairing and maintenance proper alignment, openable, locking arrangement of S.R.P. existing structural steel Main gate of Size 3.40 X 2.40 Mtr in two parts including cost of providing ,fixingISMC 100 MM two nos. box columns of height 0.60 Mtr.(Approx.) with two nos. of tie 25 mm dia plain rod having 4.00 Mtr (approx.) length diagonally with apropriate nut bolts arragement and including cost of existing hinges repairing or replacement if require including cost of power hydra or crane for lifting of gate if any and also providing and applying on structrural steel gate surface one coat of suitable base primer and two coats of epoxy paint , including cost of all material labours, tools and tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, etc. complete as direceted by E.I.C.
