| 2 | This includes deployment of Electricians/ Technician/ Pump operator/Fireman/ pump-operator-cum-helper for runing and operation of fire fighting & fire alarm system round the clock uptill the time period of contract. |
| 3 | This also includesthe minor repairs, maintenance of fire Equipments, Operation & Testing of Fire Fighting and Alarm system i.e. Detectors Sprinklers, Motor Engine, Pump, House pipe, stand post Hydrant, Sluice Valves, public address system and distribution of water supply, ring-main and risers etc. Complete in all respects as desired by the Engineer- in charge. |
| 4 | This also includes the minor reapairs, maintenance of plant Equipments, Operation and Testing of system i.e. Boilers, Motor , Pumps, Water pipe and risers, Heating units,Sluice valves Electrical pannel system and distribution of water supply, complete in all respects as desired by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | This includes minor repairs, such as replacement of MCB Glasses, Panel, Cards, Rubber Gasket, Bearing for motor pumps,Fises links, Gland Dori, cleaning agents, soap, detergents,cloth & emery paper, Oil & Grease for moving parts,maintain of Log-book, etc. as and when required. |
| 6 | R/O Fire fighting & Fire Alarm System in Nirman Bhawan Building Shimla H.P for the year 2023-24 (w.e.f 01-11-2023 to 31-10-2024) complete as described above. |
| 7 | Terms and Condition :- |
| 8 | The Contractor shall have to deploy at least one No. Trained Electricians/Technician/Pump Operator/ Fireman/ Pump-operator-cum-helper in the shift manner for the job. The number of such shifts shall not be less than 3.oo ( Three) in one day i.e 24 hours. The person shall have to be familiar aboutthe system and equipments installed in the building. The contractor Shall be fully equipped with necessary testing and safety equipments and shall follow all the safety measures strictly. |
| 9 | This contract shall cover the annual i.e 12 Months maintenance, running operation and testing of the fire fighting and Fire alarm system as per the scope of the work contained in the main abstract. |
| 10 | This will also include the minor repair, such as replacement of MCP glasses, Panel Cards, Rubber Gasket, Bearing for motor pumps, fuses Links, Gland Dory etc. As and when required. |
| 11 | Competent service engineer/technician will be required to attend break down calls as and when intimated within the least possible time but not more than 24 hours in any case, there is no limit of break down call. The sole responsibility shall be of the firm to keep the whole system in running condition round the lock. |
| 12 | The Contractor will ensure that control system in attended/maintained round the clock by his competent staff to ensure timely action in case of fire hazards. Any accident or damage during maintenance/operation will be the responsibility of the contractor and the Employer will not entertain any claim, compensation, and penality. on this account or on account of non observation of any other requirement of law relevant to his work. |
| 13 | The work shall be carried out as per direction and up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | The contractor shall have to submit the detail of person employed to the department with the address/ID proof. |
| 15 | The Contractor Shall have to ensure the emtry of only authorized persons into the building/control room. He Shall ensure the safety of all the system equipments and material in the control room. |
