Cropping and renewal of damaged stiffners at the land side of Dock No.II gate without damaging the adjacent structures as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The structure to be renewed has to be fabricated using departmental plates to suit as per the site requirements. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of fabricating and erecting new plates using steel issued departmentally free of cost after removal of the damaged structurals from land side of gate. The fabricated structure has to be fixed to the gate after gauging and making the surface ready for fixing of new fabricated member. The new stiffner has to be given one coat of epoxy primer (after fixing of stiffner to gate) followed by two coats of epoxy paint using primer and paint issued departmentally free of cost after cleaning the surface by wire brushing. The rate includes cost of all labour, hire charges for tools & plants, disposal of damaged scraps to the nearest scrap yard, other incidentals etc. complete. (Staging required for the work will be paid separately)

Replacement of the damaged wooden fenders after loosening the bolts & fixing of departmentally supplied wooden fenders on the sides of main gates to correct line and level. The bolt holes on wooden fender to be drilled in line and level with the bolt holes on the flat bars at dock gate. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of drilling of holes in the wooden fender, cost of labour for fixing new fender on dock gate, shifting of new fender from store to site, transportation and stacking of usable fenders at store and disposal of damaged fenders to the nearest dumping yard all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Staging required for the work will be paid separately.(If required, Bolts are supplied by department free of cost)

Replacement of the damaged Rubber beading from the sides of main gate of building dock after removing the bolts.Fixing of departmentally supplied rubber beading on the sides of main gates to correct line and level using departmentally supplied nuts & bolts.The bolt holes on rubber beading to be drilled in line and level with the bolt holes on the flat bars at dock gate. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of drilling of holes in the rubber beading, cost of labour for fixing, shifting of new beading from store to site, transportation and stacking of usable fenders at store and disposal of unused beading to the nearest dumping yard all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Staging required for the work will be paid separately.

High pressure washing on gate for priming/painting work after each docking/ undocking activity using departmental machine. The rate quoted shall beinclusive of cost of labour and other incidentals etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with two coats of departmentally supplied epoxy paint over one coat epoxyprimer after cleaning the surface by chipping and power brushingat all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer\"s specifications. The rate includes labour for preparation of the surface, all tools, roller, brush and other incidentals etc. complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and erection of CSL approved staging using materials issued by CSL upto a height of 7.5m from ground level. The rate quoted shall include cost of all labour fortransporting staging materials from stockyard, erecting at site and its removal after completion of work and stacking in position at the place pointed out by the Engineer in Charge.
