The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of suitable size through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 time the rated capacity of having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links/inner connection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colur coded sleeves. A detachable predrilled gland palte of thickness not less than 2.0 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The abobve panle shall be frond and back openable, locakabl/openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel weather, dust and vermin proof complete all as specified and consisting the following switchgears and accessroes: Incoming MCCB, 4 Pole, 125 Amp, 415V, 25 KA rupturing capacity , with adjustable setting 80% to 100% thermal magnetic release (Ics=100%Icu)- 01 No. Outgoing, MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amp, 415V, 16 KA rupturing capacity with adjustable settings80% to 100%, thermal magnetic release( Ics=100% Icu)-01 No. Outgoing, MCCB, 4 Pole, 40 Amp, 415V, 16 KA rupturing capacity with adjustable settings80% to 100%, thermal magnetic release( Ics=100% Icu)-03 No. Three phase digital voltmeter with range 0 to 500Volts Three phase digital Ammeter with range 0 to 300 Amps with selector switch LED type RYB phase indicator-01 set CT’s-01 set

(ii) Earth electrode shall be protected upto test point using necessary arrangement with suitablesize GI pipe up to 7.50 m and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. NOTE:- PCC/Foundation work as recommended by the manufacturer will be included in the rate quoted for this work.
