1SCHEDULE "A" PART-I, (A)Scope of Work:- Designing, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Micro Processor Controlled Water Cooled Chillers type central type AC plant of capacity not less than 120 TR (i.e. 2 Nos x 60 TR each both working and 1x60TR as stand by) , (Actual tonnage will be calculated by bidder) to maintain inside design conditions of buildings as per user data sheet enclosed at appendix "A" of climatic condition station Agra (to be designed for summer, monsoon & winter season) inside the buildings & plan of building shown on drawing No AGR/351, sheet No 1/10(R)(plan & elevation) complete in all respect for “ Cargo Para Hanger Agra”including necessary complete civil works and foundationsetc as per site requirement complete all as directed and comprising of the followings:- (Note:- Contractor shall visit site to formalise with dimension and orientation of building for design of AC Plant before quoting the tender.)
2A(i) - EQUIPMENT :- WATER Cooled Chilling Machines : Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Micro- Processor Controlled Water Cooled Scroll Chiller (2 Nos both working and 01 No standby) of minimum capacity 60 TR each with Scroll Compressor type semi-hermetically sealed compressor & water cooled condenser DX/Flooded with automatic microprocessor based starter panel as per OEM suitable for operation on Non CFC refrigerant (R-134a) complete in all respects.
3A(ii) - PUMPS :- (i)Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of end suction centrifugal (split caging) Chilled water Pump of suitable capacity and head for AC Plant with bronze impeller, S.S Shaft, CED Coated CI body and mechanical seal with suitable HP, TEFC squirrel, induction motor (IE-2) with class ‘F’ insulation, 1450 RPM synchronous speed, operating at 415 + 10% Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply. Mounting frame work with anti-vibration pads and complete as required.(2 Working + 1 Standby) each of 100% capacity.
4(ii)Design ,  Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of end suction centrifugal (Split caging) Condenser water pump of suitable capacity and head for AC plant with bronze impeller, S.S Shaft, CED Coated CI body and mechanical seal with suitable HP, EFC squirrel cage induction motor (IE-2) with class ‘F’ insulation, 1450 RPM synchronous speed, operating at 415 + 10% Volts, 3 phase, 50 HZ A.C, supply including Mounting frame work with anti-vibration pads and complete as required. (2 Working + 1 Standby) each of 100% capacity.
5(iii)  Design,  Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Monoblock Type Hot water pump of suitable capacity and head for AC plant with bronze impeller, cage induction motor (IE-2) with class ‘F’ insulation, 2900 RPM synchronous speed, operating at 415 + 10% Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply including Mechanical seal. Mounting frame work with anti vibration pads and complete as require. (1 Working + 1 standby) each of 100% capacity.
6A (iii)-HOT WATER GENERATOR (HWG) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of electrically operated Hot Water Generator of suitable capacity (1 No). Electric Hot Water Generator complete with ERW shell with insulation, Emersion type Heater, control panel and all controls etc for winter heating with suitable controls for automatic function for maintaining temperature and humidity as specified throughout the year with control wiring complete with necessary foundation.
7A(iv) - PAN TYPE HUMIDIFIER Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of PAN TYPE HUMIDIFIER for AHU’s of suitable capacity emersion type electric heater fitted complete with stainless steel tank with float valve, water makeup, overflow and drain connections and humidistat with necessary supports by MS structural steel if required, hangers, clamp supports from walls floors and ceiling with painting with one coat of primer and two coats of paint to supports of MS work.
8A(v) -COOLING TOWER Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Induced draft counter flow, vertical discharge type FRP Cooling tower of suitable capacity 01 No for 120 TR with ultra-violet treated durable & highly efficient PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators, open pan suitable for water distribution complete with hot FRP water basin. The hot water shall be distributed to fills in each cell via pen type gravity type basin or with spray nozzles of having self-rotating sprinklers. Cooling tower shall be provided with statically and dynamically balanced one no. anti-corrosion treated axial flow type fan – direct driven or driven through special beveled reduction gear box with TEFC induction flame proof motor with IP-65 protection, IE-2, suction screen, make up and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections and suitable inspection hot- dipped galvanized ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, anti-vibration mountings etc complete as required. The unit shall be installed at proper foundation as per requirements. (Civil foundation works is included in the scope of work)
9A(vi) AIR HANDLING UNIT (S) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of factory built Floor mounted double skin type air handling units with VFD of suitable capacity as per design for buildings with thermal break profile made of 25 mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized G.I. casing of thickness 0.8 mm outside and 0.8 mm thick GI sheet inside layer with CFC – FREE P.U. insulation of density 42 (+5%) Kg/m3 factory injected between them by infection molding machine, complete with DIDW blower fan. The unit shall consist minimum 6 rows deep cooling coil & minimum 2 row deep heating coil as per requirements (not limited to listed below) with aluminum finned (12 FPI) copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.41 mm) , filter sections with 50 mm thick washable synthetic type pre filters having efficiency 90% down to 10 micron, to achieve inside design conditions and panel suitable for operation at 415 +10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, A.C supply, compete with drain connections with necessary control arrangement to switch off the fan in case of fire, indicating lamp & all safety precaution in a powder coated GI enclosure with necessary power and control cable as required. The AHU (S) should have space for humidifier & Control panel of suitable capacity with necessary protection is to be provided for AHU’s.
10A(vii) -PIPING WORKS (i)CHILLED/HOT WATER PIPING (a) (i) Design, Supply, laying /fixing, testing and commissioning of nominal sizes of Chilled/ Hot water MS class “C” piping (as per IS-1239) inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings, valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with 50 mm thick EPS TF quality insulation, density shall be minimum 16 Kg/cum and cladding with 26 G aluminum sheet for inside pipe line of plant room, AHU’s room. Outside pipe line shall be insulated with 50 mm thick EPS TF quality duly plastered using sand cement plaster not less than 15 mm thick over chicken wire mess complete as required. Note: The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS; 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S Sheet for pipes up to 350 mm dia and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.
11(ii)  Design,  Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning off sizes valves, strainers, Gauges etc (qty as per design & site requirement) in the chilled/ hot water plumbing duly insulated to the same specification as the connected piping and adequately supported as required.
12(iii) BUTTERFLY VALVES (MANUAL):- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of Butterfly Valves with C I body SS Disc, Nitrile Rubber Seal & O – Ring PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/ hot water circulation as required.
13(iv)  BALL VALVE:- Design, Supply Installation and Testing of Ball valve set with and without Y strainer with bronze body, flanged end type for chilled/ hot water circulation as required.
14(v)BALANCING VALVE WITH BUILT IN MEASURING FACILITY:- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of balance valve with belt in measuring facility of C I body flanged construction with EPDM coated disc with long pitch with protruded out pipe insulation & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/ hot water circulation as required.
15(vi) NON – RETURN VALVE:- Design,Supply, Installation and Testing ofNon – return valve with dual plate of C I body SS plated vulcanized NBR seal flanged end & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/ hot water circulation including insulation as required.
16(vii)YSTRAINER:- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing ofY Strainer ductile CI Body flanged ends with stainless steel strainer suitable for PN 1.6 working pressure for chilled/ hot water circulation including insulation as required.
17(viii)  POT STRAINER:- Design ,Supply Installation and Testing of Pot Strainer in main condenser pipe line header near cooling tower as required.
18(ix)  Three way motorized Valves:- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of three way motorized valves with modulating motor in cooling/ heating coil of air handling units as required of various sizes including control wiring etc completerequired.
19(x)  FLOW SWITCH:- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of flow switch of brass / polymer construction with necessary arrangement including control wiring etc complete as required.
20(xi)  Design, Supply & fixing of industrial type Pressure gauges with gun metal/ Brass construction isolating valve complete with all accessories as required dial type pressure gauge with probe suitable for binder test point.
21(xii)Design, Supply & fixing of industrial type mercury in glass industrial type thermometers with gun metal/ Brass construction isolating valve complete with all accessories as required. Digital thermometers with probe suitable for binder test point application with Brass construction, Nitrile sealing bushes, max operating pressure of 16 bar & max. Working temperature of 110 deg Celsius as required
22(xiii)Auto Air – purge valve:- Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Auto Air – purge valve of brass construction of suitable dia (Air Vent will be fitted with an isolating ball valve- gun-metal/brass construction) etc complete as required.:- Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Auto Air – purge valve of brass construction of suitable dia (Air Vent will be fitted with an isolating ball valve- gun-metal/brass construction) etc complete as required.
23(xiv) FLEXIBLE CONNECTIONS :- Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Flexible connector for pipe of required Dia. All connections having PN 16 working pressure with anti vacuum rings complete with flanges, nuts, bolts, seal etc. to be installed at chiller suction and discharge.
24(xv)DRAIN WATER PIPES:- Desin, Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of G.I. medium class ‘B’ water pipes as per IS 1239of required size along with necessary clamps, fittings such as bends, tees etc. adequately supported etc complete as required .
25(xvi)EXPANSION TANK, 1000 Ltr Capacity (Minimum):-Design, Supply, Installation, Testing of open type expansion tank of capacity as per design requirement, of MS Construction made of minimum 6 mm thick mild steel sheet duly insulated with 50 mm thick EPS TF quality insulation density shall be 16. Kg/Cum & finally covered with 26 G aluminum sheet complete including with connection over flow and drain 40 mm dia. Make up tank with makeup connection with float valve drain valve and incoming line valves, vent connections, valves and fittings as required.
26(xvii)MAKE UP WATER TANK :- (a) Design, Supply & Installation makeup water tank of capacity minimum 02 Nos of 5000 Ltr capacity each, HDPE Construction complete in all respect with connection, over flow and drain. Make up connection with float valve, drain valve, incoming line valves and fittings as specified including civil works as required and directed. (b) CONDENSER WATER PIPES :-(i)Design, Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of condenser water/ pipes of/ MS “C” class of various sizes and materials along with necessary clamps, vibration-isolators and fittings such as bends, tees etcthe disturbed surface adequately supported on rigid supports / including painting of pipes, and makinggood to the disturbed surface as required. Note:- (i) The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. heavy class as per IS: 1239 and pipes of sizes above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S. sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia & from minimum 7mm thick M.S. sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia & above. (ii) Design,Supply, Fixing, Testing and commissioning of valves, gauges and strainers for condenser water circulation of sizes and nos. as required. Connection with float valve, drain valve, incoming line valves and fittings as specified including civil works as required and directed.
27A (xviii)AIR DISTRIBUTION WORKS:- (a) (i) SUPPLY AND RETURN AIR DUCTS -: Design, Supply, Installation, Balancing and Commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting with supports as per IS: 277 and fabrication as per IS-655 complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers vanes & damper for fresh air etc. (a)(ii) Design,Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of fire dampers as required. (iii) Design,Supply installation of powder coated aluminum section supply air grill, fresh air grill with volume control damper, bird screen and return air grill without damper complete as required. NOTE: Hanging of ducts with suitable size MS angle iron /channel MS-rod /fastener as per standard engg practice.
28(b) ACOUSTIC AND INSULATION WORKS -: (i)Design, Supply and Fixing acoustic lining of plenum with 15 mm thick Acoustic insulation with open cell nitrile rubber ( class “1” ) material of density 140 -180 kg/m3 & thermal conductivity of 0.047 W /mK having antifungal and antimicrobial properties to be applied using manufacturer’s recommended Rubber based Adhesive, as per the approved specifications. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved.
29(c)Design, Supply and Fixing of 19 mm thickness Thermal insulation for Ducts indoor portion with closed cell class “O” Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 – 60 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.033- 0.038 W/mk and >7000 and with factory laminated Glass Cloth on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (the joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick nitrile tape complete as required. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved.
30(d)Design,Supply and Fixing of 25 mm thickness Thermal insulation for outdoor portion Ducts at other places with Closed Cell Class “O” Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 – 60 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.033-0.038 W/mk and > 7000 and with factory laminated Glass Cloth on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (the joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick nitrile tape complete as required. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved.
31A(xix) ELECTRICAL WORKS :- (a)Design,Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of cubical type floor mounted front operated Main HVAC electrical / control panels- 1No and AHU electrical / control panels as per site requirement (CPRI tested) confirming to IS - 8623 suitable for 415V, 3 Phases, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design with CRCA sheet street of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & surface treatment with 7 tank process before powder coating in approved shade, having specified below Amp, capacity extensible type TPN Aluminum Alloy bus bars suitable rating Neutral of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 35kA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 75mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, of suitable rating04 Nos Al Bus bar interconnection & and control wiring including the cost of connection through bus bar / copper conductor flexible connection with necessary interlocking as per requirement with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor Single Core cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing switch gears as per design and approved by GE.The AHU should have space for humidifier & control panel of suitable capacity. Note:-The suitable capacity of outgoing feeders for Chiller, pumps, Cooling Tower, Hot water generator shall have suitable range as per design.
32(a)(i)    Incoming shall be provided with suitable capacity of MCCB’s. (ii)   All outgoing MCCB’s shall be provided with front rotary handle. All motor feeders MCCBs shall be of motor duty. TPN MCCB’s shall mean 3 pole MCCB’s with adequate size of neutral link. (iii)Star -Delta / DOL Starter of Suitable capacity with overload, single phase protection. (iv) Digital electronic MFM cum KWH meter where provided shall equipped with Three phase indicating lamps, CTs, selector switches complete in incoming supply.(v)415/110V suitable rating control transformer shall be provided for aux control supply. (vI)Digital type ammeter for equipment like chillers, pumps, hot water generator, and cooling tower etc with CTs complete. (vii) All hinged shall be earthed through minimum 2.5 sq mm tinned braided copper wires. (viii) Each Panel incomers/outgoings shall be provided with suitable contracts/terminals to receive the Al. Conductor cables given in the latter section. (ix) All Panels shall be minimum IP-43 for Indoor environment except for outdoor conditions those are mentioned separately.
33(b)CABLES, WIRES & END TERMINATIONS (i) Design, Supply, laying testing and commissioning of various sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed round wire armored aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade on cable tray / surface including clamps, ties etc. as required and specified. (ii)Design,Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for various sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required and specified. (iii) Design,Supply & fixing of control wiring/power cabling with various sizes of copper conductor armored cable, making connection etc. as required and specified. (iv) Design,Supply and fixing 25x3 mm dia GI strip for earthing of suitable length of equipment and panels earthing as per IE Rules. (v)Design,Supply, fabricating and installing of desired sizes of hot dip Galvanized ladder type cable trays including horizontal vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required and duly installed from the ceiling/ members and other accessories as required and duly installed from the ceiling / side walls with suitable size of channels/ angles with anti-corrosion painting, full threaded GI rods etc. complete as required & approved by the Engineer In charge. (vi) Earthing with GI plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried in ground not less than 2.25 mtr in depth with salt, charcoal, protection pipe, with GI strip 32 x 6 mm , necessary, earth work, pit cover, connection, test point complete as per SSR part – I and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) 02 Nos earthing to be be provide for 3 phase each equipments, panel etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. (ii) Necessary complete civil work as required including foundation of all equipment’s, opening of walls, floors, etc shall be including in the Scope of work. (iii)Underground pipes shall be supported with PCC/bricks of suitable size as per site condition. (iii)   All disturb surfaces are to be made good by contractor as per existing as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
34(A) Scope of Work:- Designing, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Micro Processor Controlled Water Cooled Chillers type central type AC plant of capacity not less than 80 TR (i.e. 2 Nos x 40 TR each both working and 1x40TR as stand by) , (Actual tonnage will be calculated by bidder) to maintain inside design conditions of buildings as per user data sheet enclosed at appendix "A" of climatic condition station Agra (to be designed for summer, monsoon & winter season) inside the buildings & plan of building shown on drawing No AGR/352, sheet No 1/12(R) & 3/12(R) (Plan & elevation) complete in all respect for “ Para Repair Wing at Agra”including necessary complete civil works and foundationsetc as per site requirement complete all as directed and comprising of the followings:-
35A(i) - EQUIPMENT :- WATER Cooled Chilling Machines : Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Micro- Processor Controlled Water Cooled Scroll Chiller (2 Nos both working and 01 No standby) of minimum capacity 60 TR each with Scroll Compressor type semi-hermetically sealed compressor & water cooled condenser DX/Flooded with automatic microprocessor based starter panel as per OEM suitable for operation on Non CFC refrigerant (R-134a) complete in all respects.

The unit shall consist minimum 6 rows deep cooling coil & minimum 2 row deep heating coil as per requirements (not limited to listed below) with aluminum finned (12 FPI) copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.41 mm) , filter sections with 50 mm thick washable synthetic type pre filters having efficiency 90% down to 10 micron, to achieve inside design conditions and panel suitable for operation at 415 +10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, A.C supply, compete with drain connections with necessary control arrangement to switch off the fan in case of fire, indicating lamp & all safety precaution in a powder coated GI enclosure with necessary power and control cable as required. The AHU (S) should have space for humidifier & Control panel of suitable capacity with necessary protection is to be provided for AHU’s.
43A(vii) -PIPING WORKS (i)CHILLED/HOT WATER PIPING (a) (i) Design, Supply, laying /fixing, testing and commissioning of nominal sizes of Chilled/ Hot water MS class “C” piping (as per IS-1239) inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings, valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with 50 mm thick EPS TF quality insulation, density shall be minimum 16 Kg/cum and cladding with 26 G aluminum sheet for inside pipe line of plant room, AHU’s room. Outside pipe line shall be insulated with 50 mm thick EPS TF quality duly plastered using sand cement plaster not less than 15 mm thick over chicken wire mess complete as required. Note: The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS; 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S Sheet for pipes up to 350 mm dia and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.
44(ii)  Design,  Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning off sizes valves, strainers, Gauges etc (qty as per design & site requirement) in the chilled/ hot water plumbing duly insulated to the same specification as the connected piping and adequately supported as required.
45(iii) BUTTERFLY VALVES (MANUAL):- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of Butterfly Valves with C I body SS Disc, Nitrile Rubber Seal & O – Ring PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/ hot water circulation as required.
46(iv)  BALL VALVE:- Design, Supply Installation and Testing of Ball valve set with and without Y strainer with bronze body, flanged end type for chilled/ hot water circulation as required.
47(v)BALANCING VALVE WITH BUILT IN MEASURING FACILITY:- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of balance valve with belt in measuring facility of C I body flanged construction with EPDM coated disc with long pitch with protruded out pipe insulation & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/ hot water circulation as required.
48(vi) NON – RETURN VALVE:- Design,Supply, Installation and Testing ofNon – return valve with dual plate of C I body SS plated vulcanized NBR seal flanged end & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled/ hot water circulation including insulation as required.
49(vii)YSTRAINER:- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing ofY Strainer ductile CI Body flanged ends with stainless steel strainer suitable for PN 1.6 working pressure for chilled/ hot water circulation including insulation as required.
50(viii)  POT STRAINER:- Design ,Supply Installation and Testing of Pot Strainer in main condenser pipe line header near cooling tower as required.
51(ix)  Three way motorized Valves:- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of three way motorized valves with modulating motor in cooling/ heating coil of air handling units as required of various sizes including control wiring etc completerequired.
52(x)  FLOW SWITCH:- Design, Supply, Installation and Testing of flow switch of brass / polymer construction with necessary arrangement including control wiring etc complete as required.
53(xi)  Design, Supply & fixing of industrial type Pressure gauges with gun metal/ Brass construction isolating valve complete with all accessories as required dial type pressure gauge with probe suitable for binder test point.
54(xii)Design, Supply & fixing of industrial type mercury in glass industrial type thermometers with gun metal/ Brass construction isolating valve complete with all accessories as required. Digital thermometers with probe suitable for binder test point application with Brass construction, Nitrile sealing bushes, max operating pressure of 16 bar & max. Working temperature of 110 deg Celsius as required
55(xiii)Auto Air – purge valve:- Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Auto Air – purge valve of brass construction of suitable dia (Air Vent will be fitted with an isolating ball valve- gun-metal/brass construction) etc complete as required.:- Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Auto Air – purge valve of brass construction of suitable dia (Air Vent will be fitted with an isolating ball valve- gun-metal/brass construction) etc complete as required.
56(xiv) FLEXIBLE CONNECTIONS :- Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Flexible connector for pipe of required Dia. All connections having PN 16 working pressure with anti vacuum rings complete with flanges, nuts, bolts, seal etc. to be installed at chiller suction and discharge.
57(xv)DRAIN WATER PIPES:- Desin, Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of G.I. medium class ‘B’ water pipes as per IS 1239of required size along with necessary clamps, fittings such as bends, tees etc. adequately supported etc complete as required .
58(xvi)EXPANSION TANK, 1000 Ltr Capacity (Minimum):-Design, Supply, Installation, Testing of open type expansion tank of capacity as per design requirement, of MS Construction made of minimum 6 mm thick mild steel sheet duly insulated with 50 mm thick EPS TF quality insulation density shall be 16. Kg/Cum & finally covered with 26 G aluminum sheet complete including with connection over flow and drain 40 mm dia. Make up tank with makeup connection with float valve drain valve and incoming line valves, vent connections, valves and fittings as required.
59(xvii)MAKE UP WATER TANK :- (a) Design, Supply & Installation makeup water tank of capacity minimum 02 Nos of 5000 Ltr capacity each, HDPE Construction complete in all respect with connection, over flow and drain. Make up connection with float valve, drain valve, incoming line valves and fittings as specified including civil works as required and directed. (b) CONDENSER WATER PIPES :-(i)Design, Supply, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of condenser water/ pipes of/ MS “C” class of various sizes and materials along with necessary clamps, vibration-isolators and fittings such as bends, tees etcthe disturbed surface adequately supported on rigid supports / including painting of pipes, and makinggood to the disturbed surface as required. Note:- (i) The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. heavy class as per IS: 1239 and pipes of sizes above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S. sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia & from minimum 7mm thick M.S. sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia & above. (ii) Design,Supply, Fixing, Testing and commissioning of valves, gauges and strainers for condenser water circulation of sizes and nos. as required. Connection with float valve, drain valve, incoming line valves and fittings as specified including civil works as required and directed.
60(a)(i)    Incoming shall be provided with suitable capacity of MCCB’s. (ii)   All outgoing MCCB’s shall be provided with front rotary handle. All motor feeders MCCBs shall be of motor duty. TPN MCCB’s shall mean 3 pole MCCB’s with adequate size of neutral link. (iii)Star -Delta / DOL Starter of Suitable capacity with overload, single phase protection. (iv) Digital electronic MFM cum KWH meter where provided shall equipped with Three phase indicating lamps, CTs, selector switches complete in incoming supply.(v)415/110V suitable rating control transformer shall be provided for aux control supply. (vI)Digital type ammeter for equipment like chillers, pumps, hot water generator, and cooling tower etc with CTs complete. (vii) All hinged shall be earthed through minimum 2.5 sq mm tinned braided copper wires. (viii) Each Panel incomers/outgoings shall be provided with suitable contracts/terminals to receive the Al. Conductor cables given in the latter section. (ix) All Panels shall be minimum IP-43 for Indoor environment except for outdoor conditions those are mentioned separately.
61(b) ACOUSTIC AND INSULATION WORKS -: (i)Design, Supply and Fixing acoustic lining of plenum with 15 mm thick Acoustic insulation with open cell nitrile rubber ( class “1” ) material of density 140 -180 kg/m3 & thermal conductivity of 0.047 W /mK having antifungal and antimicrobial properties to be applied using manufacturer’s recommended Rubber based Adhesive, as per the approved specifications. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved.
62(c)Design, Supply and Fixing of 19 mm thickness Thermal insulation for Ducts indoor portion with closed cell class “O” Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 – 60 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.033- 0.038 W/mk and >7000 and with factory laminated Glass Cloth on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (the joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick nitrile tape complete as required. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved.
63(d)Design,Supply and Fixing of 25 mm thickness Thermal insulation for outdoor portion Ducts at other places with Closed Cell Class “O” Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 – 60 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.033-0.038 W/mk and > 7000 and with factory laminated Glass Cloth on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (the joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick nitrile tape complete as required. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved.
64A(xix) ELECTRICAL WORKS :- (a)Design,Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of cubical type floor mounted front operated Main HVAC electrical / control panels- 1No and AHU electrical / control panels as per site requirement (CPRI tested) confirming to IS - 8623 suitable for 415V, 3 Phases, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design with CRCA sheet street of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & surface treatment with 7 tank process before powder coating in approved shade, having specified below Amp, capacity extensible type TPN Aluminum Alloy bus bars suitable rating Neutral of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 35kA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 75mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, of suitable rating04 Nos Al Bus bar interconnection & and control wiring including the cost of connection through bus bar / copper conductor flexible connection with necessary interlocking as per requirement with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor Single Core cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing switch gears as per design and approved by GE.The AHU should have space for humidifier & control panel of suitable capacity. Note:-The suitable capacity of outgoing feeders for Chiller, pumps, Cooling Tower, Hot water generator shall have suitable range as per design.

66(b)CABLES, WIRES & END TERMINATIONS (i) Design, Supply, laying testing and commissioning of various sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed round wire armored aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade on cable tray / surface including clamps, ties etc. as required and specified. (ii)Design,Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for various sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required and specified. (iii) Design,Supply & fixing of control wiring/power cabling with various sizes of copper conductor armored cable, making connection etc. as required and specified. (iv) Design,Supply and fixing 25x3 mm dia GI strip for earthing of suitable length of equipment and panels earthing as per IE Rules. (v)Design,Supply, fabricating and installing of desired sizes of hot dip Galvanized ladder type cable trays including horizontal vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required and duly installed from the ceiling/ members and other accessories as required and duly installed from the ceiling / side walls with suitable size of channels/ angles with anti-corrosion painting, full threaded GI rods etc. complete as required & approved by the Engineer In charge. (vi) Earthing with GI plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried in ground not less than 2.25 mtr in depth with salt, charcoal, protection pipe, with GI strip 32 x 6 mm , necessary, earth work, pit cover, connection, test point complete as per SSR part – I and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) 02 Nos earthing to be be provide for 3 phase each equipments, panel etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. (ii) Necessary complete civil work as required including foundation of all equipment’s, opening of walls, floors, etc shall be including in the Scope of work. (iii)Underground pipes shall be supported with PCC/bricks of suitable size as per site condition. (iii)   All disturb surfaces are to be made good by contractor as per existing as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
67Supply and fix, installation,testing & commissioning of Air Curtain of size 4 ft of heavy duty with curtain sensor complete with necessary electrical connection with suitable size of wire with pipe from power distribution boards to air curtains etc all as specified & directed.
68Supply and fix, installation,testing & commissioning of Air Curtain of size 6 ft of heavy duty with curtain sensor complete with necessary electrical connection with suitable size of wire with pipe from power distribution boards to air curtains etc all as specified & directed.
69SCHEDULE "A" PART-II MANNING & OPERATION OF CENTRAL AC PLANT Providing comprehensive maintenance including all consumables and mannig and operation of tested and commissioned water cooled chiller water air Conditioning Plant with all its components and installed under present contract in fully seviceable state throughout the period 24 x 7 including sunday and holidays in 3 Shift (One shift of 08 hrs) per day and keep the premises clean, complete all as required as specifiedd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge by providing requisite manpower as under :- (i) One operator - ITI passed in attendant operator /Fitter/General Mechanic with 2 yrs experience in relevant field (Category Semi Skilled). Note :- (a) The scope of work shall be included day to day running main, cleaning of the plant and repairing if any, complaint from the concerned plant and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b)Necessry reliever shall have to be provided during week off day of teh regular operator / Helper without any extra cost. (c) Duty register shall be maint accrodingly duly approved by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Water and Elect required for operation of AC plant shall be provided free of cost by the department. (e)Timing odf shift of 08 hrs each shall be decided by GE & this aspect shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the bidders. (f)Plant shall be handed over in fully serviceable state after completion of contract. (g) Temprature & RH of each AHU"s shall be recorded in the log sheet on Hourly basis. (h) Comprehensive maint of all the items shall be done as per manufecturer instruction / manual. (j)Sufficent consumable shall be kept at site by the contarctor to avoid disruption of services. (k) Maintenance of bldgs is not under the scope of this item. (l) The defect liability of phase -I is 36 months. hence the rates are deemed to be quoted for within & beyond the period of defect liability accordingly.

73Note for item No. 5.00 :- (i) The M&O shall commene from the date of completion of work covered under Ph-I upto Three years. (ii) The plants shall be run on all working days or as per basis on user requirements times or as per time schedule direction by AGE E&M / GE and including sunday and holiday . (iii) The unit rates shall be also be deemed to be inclusive for to maintain desired temp as per CA if not so more than one hour the necessary panel recovery @ 2000/- per day shal lbe deducted. (iv) The unit rates shall also be deemed to be inclusive for uniform and T&P required for shift duty operator including DG set operation and routine check & maintenance of installation i.e.e hand gloves, pliers, testers, DE wrench set, ring spanner set, box wrench set, screw driver set, adjustable wrench, including all type of tool which is required at site. (v) The unit rates shall also be deemed to be inclusive for proforma of log sheet, cleaning of plant etc will be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost. (vi) The contractor shall rectify / replace all the defective parts during defect liability period without extra cost and the cost of the same is included in respective item of AC plant. All consumble items are included in the unit rate of M&O items. (vii) Contractor shall pay not less than the minimum wages, will pay EPF, ESI etc as per labour law to all his workers payment of wages to labour / worers deployed by the contractor shall be done by cheque or through NEFT in their banck account No. RAR / Final bill shall be made to contractor / firms unless proof of payment through Bank of wages to the work in is submitted by the contractor.
