13Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :Of sectional area beyond 40 sq cm.
14Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position :Local Teak Wood
15Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete . Fixed to steel windows by welding.
16Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

30Providing edge moulding to approved thickness marble stone counters, vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels as required as per design approved by the Engineer-in-charge:-18 mm thick Granite work.
31Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B) including ISI marked black enamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws as per directions of Engineer-incharge and panelling with panels of:12 mm thick one side prelaminated (with particle board decorative lamination on other sides) and balancing lamination grade - 1 medium density flat pressed, three layer particle board FPT - I or graded wood particle board FPT-1 conforming to IS : 3087 bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 and prelamination conforming to IS : 12823 Grade - 1, Type II marked :
32Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware"s and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made Fixed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area upto 0.75 sqm.)
33Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :-With float glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness ( weight not less than 13.50 kg / sqm )
34Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :100x10 mm Single rubber stopper
