Make: Gripwell. 1.Gripwell Porcelain Electrical Base Block Fuse / HRC Cartridge for 300 Amp should have 2 W Poles of Brass in each side. 2.Dimension of Nickel Plated W Contact: Length = 46 mm [ +- 2 mm], Breadth = 30mm [ +- 1 mm] Thickness = 2.8 mm [+- 0.20 mm] Outer Bending = 37 [ +- 2 mm] 3.Proper Length should be provided in Nickel Plate Brass with Extended Patti for Lug Cable fitting. Breadth = 60 to 80 mm [ +- 1 mm] as required, Breadth = 22 mm [ +- 1 mm] Thickness = 5 mm [ +- 0.20 mm] 4.It should be provided with proper dimension of 8 mm to 10 mm Bolt, Nut & Washer set, Which will be Nickel / Chrome Plated. 5.Dimension of the Porcelain Base / Porcelain HRC Base: Length = 150 mm, Breadth = 58 mm, Height = 43 mm, Gap between two platforms 82 mm [ A difference of 15 % Less or Bigger in overall size will be considered] Or If it is of Block [ Close Base] type, then the dimension will be: - Length = 168 mm, Breadth = 63 mm, Height = 70 mm, Gape 44 mm [ A difference of 15 % Less or Bigger in overall size will be considered] 6.Total Weight of Brass Contact Parts should be 285 Grams [ +- 4 Grams] 7. Each single piece should be safely packed in 120 GSM Carton Packet with proper tapping, Range Labelling and Bitumen Lock.
