M&L for racking out old dummy / Expansion jointsnot exceeding 15 mm wide and 30 mm deep of existing sealing compound in single detached joints without disturbing the concrete surface under neath, dusting and cleaning the surface with stiff brushes etc. and racking out all old compound and dust with compressed air and removing all old materials away from the runway areadisposing to a distance exc 500 m as directed and priming the cleaned joints with bitumenious primer suitable for grade \"B\" sealing compound and filling the joints with sealing compound grade \"B\" as per IS: 1834/1984 including scrapping excess materials from top surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 above, but width exceeding 15 mm but not exceeding 30 mm without disturbing the joint filler materials underneath complete all as directed.

All as per item No.1 above, but width exceeding 30 mm but not exceeding 40 mm,without disturbing the joint filler materials underneath complete all as directed.Note for Sl Item No. 1 to 3:- The Contractor shall provide safety life jacket for all concererned workers/supervisor and staff and also provide \"work in progress board/pillar\"for working area and shall obey air traffic rules as directed by IAF authorities during progress of work at Run way.
