1Excavation in foundation trenches in all heightsand depths in all kinds of soilincludingsaturated soils comprising ofpick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required, settingout to required lines,levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing atdumping site(to be arranged by the contractor)including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to be borne by the contractor to thesatisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour ,machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones , shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site and handed over to the department free of cost to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportationand used/removedas per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. serviceable stones to be handed over to the department free of cost. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges
2Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish i/c centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/steel battens and bailies in all heights or propping and centring, below supporting floor to ceilingand removal of the same for in situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete workincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspendedfloors, roofs, landings etc upto 200mm thickness.
3(ii) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls 20cm width.
4Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cement Mortar 1:6:12(1one cement: six sand: twelve graded stone agg.40mm nominal size).
5Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a) Cement Mortar 1:1:5:3(One cement:One pointFive sand:Three graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twentymilimetre) nominal size). (i) Suspended floor, Lintels, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.
6Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position including cost of binding wire complete up to all floor level/all heights including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a) Tor steel.
7Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level uptofloor two level using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6sand)including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Half brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:4(One cement: Four sand)including carraige of material in all lead and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate vertical bunds with sloping face under floors including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Providingwood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in positionincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a)2nd class Deodar wood.
11Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screwsincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 12Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screwsincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood.
13Providing and fixing19mm thick water proof commercial board in shelves/box for cup board with butt joints & fixing with nails & screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Providing and fixing 12 mm (twelve milietre) thic prelaminated board both side phenol bonded exterior/interior grade shutters with frame of 1st class deodar wood for cup board including nickel plated bright finished paino hinges. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)25mm (Twenty five milimeter)thick frame.
15Providing and fixing square edges cover fillets (beading) 19mmx6mm section i/c mitring at junctions with wood screws and nails completeincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)1st class Indian teak wood.
16Providing 50x50x50mm woddenplugs including cutting bricks/stone work and fixing in cement morte 1:3 (One cement three sand) and making good the walls etc. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) 2nd class deodar wood.
17Providing and fixing 40 X 3 mm (forty into three milimetre)flat iron holdfast 40 cm.(forty centimetre) Long including fixing to frame with 10 mm(ten milimetre) diametre bolts and nuts and wooden plugs and embeded in cement concrete blocks 30 x 10 x 15 cm.(thirty into ten into fifteen centimetre) 1;3;6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nomonal size)includingcarriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

30Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick (with marble chips of specified sizes) in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height on 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand)jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required)including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shadesincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) SILVER GREY

33Providing and fixng 0.60 thick (Zero point sixty milimeter) prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts6mm dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all and as per HPPWD. 36Providing and fixing on wall face PVCrain water pipesincluding filling the joints with approved spun yarn and cement 1:2 (One cement two sand) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

38Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. or S.C.I. rain water pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the 100mm diameter for C.I. pipes complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

40Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board. Facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).
41Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and i/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a)Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.
42Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)onexternal faces of new rain water soil waste and vent pipes and fitting with aluminium paint brushing to give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other forign matter including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 43Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brush in to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign maters including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
